The location being able to walk right out to the beach is great, but there is a long-term construction project going on next-door. You hear the noise or if windows are open &on the beach. There’s only 4 forks, knives & spoons so you are constantly washing stuff. The mattress was not set on the frame properly so the first two nights the bed was like a seesaw, when my husband moved or got out of it and bounced me around. Early in the morning we asked someone to come up and take a look at it and at 4:30 nobody had contacted us to figure out how to fix it. The smell of air fresheners, perfume ridden cleansers are toxic, and the elevator waiting area is filled with these toxic smells. We did not have beach towels the first couple of days. We only realized they were available because we saw them on a housekeeping cart & we had to ask for them. There were only three hangers in the entire condo but yet this place can sleep up to 6 people. There are no food storage containers so you cook something you have nothing to store leftovers in or if you want to chop up vegetables or fruit there is nothing to store them in. There is not even a vegetable peeler. No umbrellas for shade at the pool. There is a maintenance guy on staff full-time but yet our air conditioning stopped working late in the day and all throughout the night because the drain was clogged which should be regular maintenance item looked at frequently because there’s no 24 hour service. There was also mold in the shower.
