Could not get in building. Security had to eventually let us in. Key fobs to access property were missing. Keys to workout facility were unauthorized copies and did not work as locks were changed and property manager had to buy new copies midway through trip. Unit was absolutely filthy and disorganized. King bed in master was missing 3 of the 4 support posts underneath the bed and bed collapsed on the second night. Master closet was filled with construction materials and junk. We had to use cases of flooring tile from the closet to put under bed to support it. Linens and bedding was disgusting. We had to purchase all new bed linens, pillows, and bath towels. The only highlight was the cleaning service came in on a Friday night to reclean the entire unit and did a great job. Also the complex and location was great but had nothing to do with the unit property management service. Will NEVER rent from ITrips again.
