This was a very nice unit. Walking distance to a few restaurants and CVS. Beach front, clean, updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. Wonderful 2 week stay.

Three weeks in Paradise

This property was exactly as described which is sorry to say not always the case. It was clean, in great shape and stocked as stated. In fact it was stocked for some leftover from previous tenets- like spices and can water and sodas. That was nice. The view is fabulous and the location is wonderful. Walking distance in a coffee shop, two great local seafood restaurants and a very good local Mexican restaurant. Driving distance within anything you need. Want to know if we liked it - we reserved it for another four weeks next year.

Great location, some issues but over all a great place

This condo is in a great location. There are numerous decent eating establishments within walking distance. There is a publix and a liquor store just 5 minutes by car. The pool is beach side and is well kept. The gulf is 50 yards away and the beach is fantastic. The condo is aligned perfectly for sunset watching. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of space for stretching out. TVs are great also. The only issue we had started with VACASA with not knowing which parking space was ours, minor. Then the refrigerator started shorting out. We contacted VACASA right away and they said they would respond. Contacted them again a week later and they said it would be fixed. Never was. You had to be very careful shutting the door or it would stop working. We got through it but I hope they replace the refrigerator. We spent two weeks wondering if it was going to die. Very disappointed in the response. The other issue is the beds. The master bedroom mattress is so soft we had to abandon that room for the second bedroom. The second bedroom was better but still way to soft. I know part of this is preference but these were very bad. Other then these complaints it is perfect, these things can be addressed. I hope VACASA reads this and understands that when someone pays $$$$ and travels a thousand miles being response means actually doing something to correct an issue.

Love Indian Rocks Beach and this location but

We have been staying at this condo building for the last several years, this year we stayed in 402. We love the location and this condo is OK however the furniture in the living room needs replaced and was not comfortable. Note that there are queen beds not king beds and the ones in the back bedroom is so high you need a stepladder to get in it. The paper products were the cheapest to be found, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and paper plates as these left for us were basically unusable. We will not rent this condo again.

Great condo for the Beach - terrible customer service

We checked in to this condo for a month. We stayed in this condo last year for a month and looked forward to returning this year. Saturday it was wonderful. Unit was clean, well maintained and as last year the view to the beach is spectacular. Sunday it seemed a little warm but with the bright sun shining in the condo it was not a concern. On Monday afternoon we walked on the beach and came back and it was warmer in the condo than it was outside. We called the Support line and it all went down from there. Without going into long details after pleading assistance to fix the AC which clearly was not working, we had no choice but to leave. No one came to the condo until we were packed up to leave to investigate and determined that yes the AC was broken. In fact the day after we left they replaced the HVAC system. The condo was wonderful - the customer service was totally unacceptable.

Excellent accommodations

Unit 402 was where we stayed The furnishings were quality, tasteful, and had the proper beach flavor. The kitchen was well supplied with adequate cutlery and dish ware Would have liked a bit more furniture for the balcony but that is personal taste. This is a quiet complex and made for good vacationing. I highly recommend it as a place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach.

Great apartment but bad location

Apartment was great. It is clean and has everything you need for long stay. The problem was with red tides. It was difficult to breathe outside. There was no information on web site about hazardous conditions.

Great apartment at relaxing location

The apartment is very clean, spacious, well equipped with appliances, linens, bath and beach towels. The furniture and decor is very nice. The 2 queen beds have soft mattresses, as for us we would prefer the hard mattresses. Beautiful gulf front views, gorgeous sunsets. The beach and property is clean and peaceful, nice neighborhood, very close to restaurant, pizza, CVS to get all you need. We enjoyed our stay.

Better Than Expected

Pelican Cove is a small condo complex that is quiet and very well maintained. Units cannot be rented for less than two weeks, so this weeds out the party crowd. The beach is clean, level and the sand is hard packed..a perfect walking beach! Dogs and alcohol are not allowed on the beach. #402 was immaculately clean the the most well-provisioned place we have ever stayed. Since we flew in to Tampa, we expected to have to purchase quite a few things, but almost everything for day-to-day living was already there. Saved us a lot of money! There is a Publix very near by and several nice restaurants. Seaweed was our favorite! The beds were comfortable and I especially liked that the master bedroom opened directly to the balcony. The apartment appears to be very newly refurbished with none of the wear-and-tear you expect to find in rentals. We look forward to going back!
