Spring Break with the family

Great location, great house. Had all the amenities we needed as a family with kids. My only concern was the wiring (lights flickering, appliances drawing power away) but besides that it was a wonderful visit.

Great weekend getaway

Overall the property was nice. Clean and plenty of room for my family of 10. The kids loved the pool. The best attribute of this home is proximity to the beach...literally across the street! Water was beautiful and true to “Clearwater”. And my girls enjoyed the cottage in the back as their “she-shed”. Really a great time!

Top tier guys trip

Amazing location! The house was mere steps away from the beach. Everyone was extremely nice and approachable. Communication with the property manager was almost instantaneous. We had 11 guys staying in the house for a bachelor trip. Every single one of my guys stated to me how great the place was and let me know I did a hell of a job booking this great property. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Winter Getaway

The location and the property were great. The house, while a bit older than most we have rented, was in great condition and the heated pool was great since we were there in January. My only suggestion would be for the kitchen to be better equipped and for the communication to be a bit better. For the price you are paying for this house I think those two should be a given. At the end of the day, the location was awesome, you are literally steps from a very quiet section of the beach. We would definitely resnt this house again.

Great and family friendly

Charming home that had a great set up for a 3-family get-together! House was very close to beach access and Clearwater town, and ~1 hour drive from Tampa and Busch Garden amusement park. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed the stay. Great dining/take out options nearby. Communications were clear and instructions were provided ahead of time, and property manager was very helpful. We really appreciated that they allowed early access to the house after cleaning was done, making it easy for everyone to come straight to the house when they arrived in town. Only request would be some extra supplies, like trash bags and dishwasher detergent (unless those were stocked someplace we didn’t see). Thank you!

Clearwater Beach Property

More information about the check-in process should have been communicated a minimum of 2 days prior to visit. We were happy with the location and the house. Rooms were good and as expected. Picture of pool was a bit misleading as it looks much bigger in the picture. We did enjoy it. Outside property around the pool and patio area was unkept and needed work. The carriage house was nice but the AC unit did not go below 72 degrees. I called on Sunday and Monday but got no response from property manager. My son said it was okay but never-the-less my call should have been responded to. The towels for the quality of house were terrible. They looked like they were 10 years old. How much do towels cost. We did enjoy the closeness to the beach and strip. The house and beds were nice and the AC in the house worked great. When we are paying a premium the little things count. Overall easy fixes to take from a 4 to a 5.

The only things I would change...

Overall the house was great and In a great location! Everything was literally perfect except the following things and even these won't be a big deal to most people I think... First, the master bed is a very very very stiff or firm mattress! There is a much softer mattress right in the next room though which I had to use.. Second, the company that holds and rents this property has a large sign in the front yard advertising for their company.. I understand the company wanting to do that but as a quest, it just attracted a lot of unwanted attention.. Dozens of people per day driving or walking by and taking pictures of the sign, our car, and even us in the pictures...lol. I also never like the public to know that I'm in a rental house simply due do to the risk of someone taking advantage of an unfamiliar family in an unfamiliar place... 3rd thing was that for the scale and price of the house, the dishes in the kitchen were a joke, and the house didn't have dish, or laundry detergent... Last thing that I think should just be a requirement anywhere families are staying is having a first aid kit! My daughter cut her foot down on the beach so back to the house because it was a bleeder! Lol. Ended up having to run to Walgreens after searching everywhere in the house for one! Overall this was a great stay at a great house in an awesome location! These little things just pissed me off in the moment because of the price of the house. When you're paying a mortgage per night, you should have the little things covered is all.. To anyone who stays here, I promise you'll have a great time!!

Wonderful amenities

Location to beach was A ! The beach chairs and beach towels provided were great. The safety of the pool was great for the little ones. The ONLY thing we weren’t happy with were the upstairs bedrooms. No closets to hang clothes in and no outlets to plug in our phones. The appliances broke down while we were there but got fixed quickly. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, cups, etc that we needed. The grounds/ landscaping needs a good bit of work. All in all it was a great time with family and we’d recommend staying there.

Simpson Family Vacay 2024

We had a wonderful time! The housing accomodations were great. Very short drive to the pier and tons of restaurants and excursions. Short walk to the beach...but the sand is scorching hot...wear shoes.

Great beach house

I wanted a house close to the beach and that’s exactly what I got. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach from this house. Some days it felt like we had our own private beach since it was so empty. I stayed here for 5 days with a total of 12 people. 2 people to each bedroom. The house was clean and cool, while the pool was clean and warm. AC worked great so it was always comfortable inside. I found some beach chairs and boogie boards in the laundry room which we were able to use. All the appliances worked and they even replaced the barbecue with a brand new one. It was great going back and forth from the beach to the pool all day. WiFi worked well also. As a huge bonus, one of my friends accidentally left some jewelry behind after we checked out and didn’t realize it until the next day. They called the management company and were told that the cleaning crew found it and turned it in. They went back to pick it up that day. Really appreciate the honesty. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and well stocked.

Business center didnt exist, but they printed what we needed down the street. Cottage is perfect for privacy we were on honeymoon and chose the cottage for us, out guest stayed in the main home. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathrooms and beds in main house were excellent!

Clean, great location. Would give it five stars but the owner is aware of a problem with the upstairs shower and has elected not to address. One upstairs shower runs constant cold.

Wedding week

Bad experience

We arrived to mildew in the toilets. Air return dirty. They did send someone to clean. Stovetop did not work correctly. Door to rooftop deck was extremely hard to open, deck was dirty. After a couple days noticed mildew in air conditioning vent, and drywall around it. Also on several other registers.
