This property has been one of the most relaxing places that I've stayed in a long time. Only minutes from anything that you could possibly want to do in St Pete and then when you get back to the house its just a feeling of serenity. The pool is an awesome feature for anyone with older kids and all of the amenities made for even more convenience.

The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Having a swimming pool outside the back door was a real treat and we used it every day. We also enjoyed kayaking to the bay and paddling around. It was nice to just launch from the backyard dock. The beaches are a little bit of a drive from the house, but really not bad at all.

Family Time in St Pete

The kitchen was well equipped with an everything we needed and more. The kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. Lots of room to spread out - relax - play games.

House was great, but the giant sign at the entrance of the neighborhood telling people to lock their doors at night was a bit unnerving. 5 stars across the board if the home was in a safer community.

Peaceful retreat

Such a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown St Pete - the perfect location. The house is extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Relaxing getaway to St. Pete

We had a great time with our family in St. Pete. Amy’s home is wonderful. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax for the 6 of us, and a very quiet neighborhood. We cooked some at the house and enjoyed some great restaurants close by. The pool was warm and clean. We watched fish and birds in the inlet as well as a manatee! We borrowed beach chairs which were great since we had flown in and couldn’t pack all the comforts from home. Amy was great to communicate with us at anytime we had questions by text and phone call, and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Great place to enjoy Florida’s gulf coast!

Peaceful stay in St. Petes

We very much enjoyed our stay. The manatees were a highlight for our family. I could have sat on the dock all day watching them. We were lucky they were there. The house was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the proximity to St. Petes as we attened an event at Vinroy Park. Lots to do downtown. We also enjoyed the Chattaway for lunch and Southside Coffee for breakfast and delicious espresso. Amy was very responsive and the home was beautiful. I love the beachy feel. Thank you!

Nice peaceful place for a family stay

Had a group of three adult couples for a four day stay. Check in is at 4. It’s a “Nick Saban” check in. It’s at 4. Property is very nice. Clean. There are remotes for all the lights and fans which was odd and confusing for older guests but okay in the long run. Pool was very nice. Initial reading of listing didn’t make it seem that you had to pay extra for the kayaks (not that we would’ve used them but a heads up). Everything was in good condition. Clean. The driveway was hard on the rental minivan. I would use again.
