Great condo and location!

This unit was very clean, the location was perfect, beach was beautiful, and the decor was updated. Our only problem was having someone local to resolve any issues as Vacasa guest relations are in Oregon.

Great spot to vacation. Spacious condo and across from Caddy’s (great place to eat). The mattress in the main bedroom could be more comfortable, but will definitely do for a weekend trip. Looking forward to our next vacation in this condo!

Great views

The condo was as expected, the location was great with excellent views. The building is a bit dated but was cleaned every day. Lots of families with children in the area - if you prefer a family oriented area this is the place - if you prefer a less crowded area you may want to evaluate the time of the year to visit . Great views and excellent beach.

Great location. Nice space. Beautiful view. Great place to eat across the street with a quiet beach. Rentals with umbrellas on beach if needed. No supplies for beach unless someone leaves them. Condo becoming in need of maintenance. Broken closet door on laundry. Washer leaking. The deck never opened up all the way so did not realize had corner balcony views. No instructions on this. Disappointed in that. Overall, For the price it was good for our trip.

Indian Rocks Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful stay here. Booking process and any questions we had were very easy to do through the app. The condo was just as shown in photos and furniture was well kept. Great outdoor deck furniture compared to other condos we saw. Only complaint would be the elevator of this complex. One was out of service 99% of our stay so it took a long time to wait for the elevator back and forth to the 8th floor. The parking garage has luggage carts and shopping carts for when you’re bringing all your things up and down upon check in and out. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Great vacation getaway!

Great spot to have a ladies weekend away! I live in the area and had friends come to town for the weekend. Good accommodations with plenty of room for all of us. Loved the beach theme decor! The views are amazing and it has Caddy's across the street for a fun night of live music, drinks and good food. The only suggestion I would give is to provide more towels and some kind of dish cloths or scrub for cleaning dishes. Other than those very minimal things, I would definitely stay here again!

Sports event

We stayed here while my daughter had a sports event in Tampa. The view is amazing, beach and pool are awesome! The location is great ! The condo is very spacious, we had LOTS of room for me my wife & 2 teenaged kids . Only frustrating thing is the electric lock on the condo is difficult to use , need to type code in 2-3 times for it to open . Other than that everything was perfect!

Spoiled by Construction

No advanced communication about construction at the complex ruined our enjoyment of an otherwise lovely condo and view of the ocean. Nothing was posted on the original website when condo was booked. Constant noise, dust, and workers on our balcony. Also, lack of access to our pool required us to go next door to share a pool and hot tub.

Management subpar

The owners have a beautiful property! We love the location, the beautiful sunsets and gulf views! However, the management (VACASA)was terrible. 3 days after our check in water started streaming out of a can light in the kitchen. We had to place a garbage can on the kitchen counter to catch the water. Called VACASA Tuesday night to report problem. Stayed home Wednesday from a family fishing trip to wait for management to come. No one showed up. 3 days later streaming water happened again. Soffit in kitchen is soft as is ceiling in guest bathroom. Supposedly a washing machine was leaking from unit above. Management came to our unit a week after reported problem. I also mentioned that a drawer front in kitchen was detached and we couldn’t get into the storage closet on the patio where beach chairs are kept. No one addressed those issues. My husband bought wood glue and fixed the drawer. We also bought a board for sliding door because it would not lock. Owners…you might need a new management company.

Comfortable stay right on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach

This condo turned out to be exactly what we expected based on the listing and the price. Our first impression wasn't great, based on the appearance of building entry and common areas, but we were pleased when we entered the condo itself. Let's be real.. it's a vacation rental property on the beach so it should be expected that there's going to be sand being tracked into the elevators and the elevator is going to smell like people who've been on the beach all day. But if we could offer some advice to management, it would be to take more care with the common areas. The building entry & hallways would benefit greatly from new light fixtures, and more frequent freshening up of the elevators and bathrooms by the pool would provide a better experience for renters. During out stay, someone left wet swimsuits on the floor in the ladies bathroom by the pool. This pile of wet clothing was still there more than 24 hours later and the bathroom had no toilet paper. As for the condo itself, it was everything we needed for two adult couples, and there was a 3rd bedroom that would be great for children (two twin beds) that we only used as a place for our beach shoes, etc. It worked out great being right inside the entry door to the unit. The beds in the adult bedrooms were even more comfortable than expected. The bathrooms were small (especially the 2nd bathroom), but they were more than adequate and clean. We appreciated that there were nice beach towels available for our use. The location is directly on the beach and in the heart of many options for dining and entertainment. There's also a Publix grocery only a 5 minute drive. We had a car, so we ventured as far as St. Pete Beach to the south (only about a 30 minute drive or so). Then on another day we enjoyed breakfast at Clear Sky Cafe in Clearwater and then drove north to Dunedin for a fun day of shopping and bumming around this adorable town! Highly recommend a day in Dunedin if you're looking for a place that's not so packed with tourists. If you go, lunch or dinner at Bon Appetit (on the water) will not disappoint. Overall, our experience here was very positive. The only reason we wouldn't stay here again is that we typically rent houses to have a little more privacy, but in order to be directly on the beach this time, a condo was the way to go. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!
