Great location and clean. The only complaint was the air conditioning never got below 78 degrees. Hope to book again with this fixed. 😎

Great stay!
Very enjoyable stay at Dockside condos. Was skeptical at being on 6th floor but it was well worth it. Morning and evening views were just beautiful looking out over bay. Condo was perfect for the two of us, liked having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Shared pool area needs more chairs.

There a quite a few things that need to be updated. Poor lighting. Lamp in bedroom dim. Hall light bulb out. Beach towels worn and should be replaced. Same with beach chairs. No dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen. Refrigerator door ice machine/water does not work. Coffee pot for one person. Only 5 hangers in the closet. Ceiling paint outside the bathroom peeling. Table to eat very small. Outside chair weights torn and leaking sand. Could use a more thorough cleaning

Very nice place
Easy communication with owner thru booking. Place is nice and clean. Mostly of necessary staff is provided for self catering. Nice view from the property. Washing machine and dryer are bug plus. Beach chairs and are umbrella available for use. Not a fancy one, but can be used. Tables and chairs on both balconies. Coffee maker and toaster are available for use. Plenty extra towels in the bathroom. Are few things may affect the positive experience. But these are not owner fault at all. I just want to mention them as information for future guests. There is a new hotel built just across the street and it is from bedroom site. We were there November 2023 and the construction will go another year, may be. If you are ready to wake up early, it will not bother you to much, but don't expect to sleep after 6:30-7 o'clock. The location is close to some great restaurants and coffees, but mostly of night life is north of Pier 60. However, you still can walk to there or use the local trolleys. Uber will cost you less than $10 to mostly of areas on Clearwater Beach. Overall very good experience.

Good for a couple
The complex was well maintained, easy parking, nice views and walkable. Good size for a couple. Minimal toiletries/cleaning/etc… provided. We had to make a trip to Publix for soap, toilet paper, tissue, etc… No dishwasher or laundry detergent provided.. and no beach or kitchen towels provided. Overall.. good stay.

Great condo great location
Very clean, everything you need for self catering. Very handy having the washing machine. Beach chairs and umbrella available for use. Great location near the beach and a fantastic view of the bay. Even saw a manatee in the bay while having breakfast. Plenty of shaded parking.

Great condo
Perfect for our needs as a family of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed for the rare times we stayed in to cook. Coffee maker available for use. The bedroom and mattress were very comfortable. Found many convenient extras available to use in the closet such as beach chairs, umbrella, floats. Brought our own beach towels but there were plenty extra towels in the bathroom. Two balconies. We saw dolphins from the front balcony. The back balcony off the bedroom offered a small view of the ocean and helpful to see how full the beach parking lot was. I imagine the view was much better before the new construction was added, which blocks the view. Our vehicle stayed parked the entire trip as the condo is Close enough to restaurants and shopping to walk. The only thing that needs improvement is the mattress in the pull out couch. Often woke with both children in the bed with us as the couch mattress was so uncomfortable for them.

Recommend this place to anyone. The owner was nice and checked in on us after having some issues with the lock multiple times to get it fixed and the view was beautiful. Beach walk isn’t too long either.

Great Views
The condo was comfortable and the views were great. We watched dolphins, manatees, and turtles in the bay from the balcony every morning! There was construction noise from the back building but that’s obviously no fault to the property. It’s walking distance from great restaurants and the beach.

Perfect Location

Great spot, beautiful view from balcony
An excellent stay with easy access to the beach and everything nearby, including a little mini mart and trolley stops. Beach a few mins walk. Best part is the gorgeous views from the front balcony over the bay where boats are docked. From the bedroom balcony you can see the ocean. Chairs and towels were provided for the beach. Rob always answered our questions quickly and offered recommendations. Would stay again!

location, location, location
Cute condo, great views both in the morning and at sunset. Close to the beach and many food choices. Lots to do nearby. Everything you could possibly want within walking or a short Uber ride. The condo had everything you need although not much in extras. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves very much and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful sunrise each morning
I loved having breakfast on the front patio watching the beautiful sunrises. We saw dolphins many times in the bay as we enjoyed our peaceful mornings. The property is so close to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants that serve fresh seafood. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back soon.

Ok, could be better TIME TO UPDATE
Pros: views, no car needed, quiet and reasonable pricing. Functional to say the least. Cons, everything and by everything I mean everything needs updating. Old towels. Old bed. Vanity missing bulb. Tv/cable difficult to work. Washer cracked and rusty but did work. Don’t run dishwasher at night, it’s loud. Amenities 1&1/2 rolls of TP for a week stay. Owner very upset I asked VRBO if that’s common practice. He even called me. Shared pool with another building 12 chairs at pool side. Old school key lock. Keys can be eliminated install a keyless smart lock. TIME TO UPDATE. Read past reviews same cons. Owner won’t spend money on TP maybe why condo has late 80’s feel to it maybe the bed too. Stayed at many places. My worst review then again a owner has never sent me a angry text before.

Towels were replaced 4 months ago, I do keep the old ones as extras if needed, mattress was replaced 2 years ago with an expensive foam mattress, extra bulbs in cabinet, a normal tv with cable box that no one has ever had a problem operating. Washer and dryer is on the back balcony and anyone who lives in Florida on the coast knows things rust outside. 2 + rolls of toilet paper was left, but there is usually extra under the sink. The complex was renewed in early 2000’s, the place did not exist in the 80s. Keep in mind nightly hotel rates are at least triple the price I have my condo listed at and don’t come with a kitchen or washer and dryer.

Great location and view
This cozy condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to Starbucks, a cute ice cream parlor, many wonderful eating places, Pier 60 and the beach. The view of the harbor from the shared front porch has a gorgeous sunrise each morning and the view from the small balcony off the bedroom in the back gives a view of the sunset over the ocean. There is a new building going up in the back that may block more of the ocean view but right now there is a nice view on both sides. We didn’t use any of the kitchen supplies but seemed to have everything needed. I would have used a Kureig if there had been one but not much of a plain coffee drinker myself but the supplies were there. Very clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here again. We love Clearwater!!

Great get away!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfectly located for what we wanted to do. Dealing with the property management was very easy, and they were very accommodating! The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. We only have two small negatives, I got stuck in the property elevator on one occasion and it’s very slow.

Our experience
When we arrived we opened the door to the bedroom balcony and it was full of bird droppings. Plain disgusting. The bath towels that were part of the accommodations were atrocious. There was no softness to the towels. They were simply old and should have been replaced a long time ago. The couch in the living room was circa 1970. Another item that needs replacing. The owner needs to take more pride in his property and make these upgrades. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view and location
This 6th floor end unit has the most amazing views and in a great location. We walked everywhere we needed. It was nice to get off the main streets to your quiet place. Would stay and recommend this to anyone. The only reason I gave the Property Manager a 4 star was I never saw or heard from them.

Clean modern most everything good location
Clean and modern. Nice kitchen. Comfortable sofa. Super comfortable bed(foam). Back and front balconies. Nice views. Small convenience store and several in hotel restaurants 2-3 minute walks away. Good washer and dryer. Some supplies but you probably need some. Only suggestions would be have more tables with umbrellas near pool ( only need if it gets busy) and and add a small desk with comfy chair ( I was on working vacation ). But everything is very clean and comfortable which is most important.

603 Dockside Clearwater Beach
My son and I made a last minute trip to Clearwater, The unit had everything we needed, it was clean and has great views, it is close to restaurants, shopping and beach. The pull out bed mattress was very uncomfortable so my son just slept on the couch. I would stay there again.

Beautiful location, amazing views!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dockside condos! We loved drinking our morning coffee overlooking the bay, watching the birds, and we even had a manatee and numerous dolphin sightings! And with only a five minute walk to the beach, it’s the perfect location. The room was great, with a full kitchen to prepare meals, a comfy king size bed, and we loved having the washer and dryer on our balcony! The room was a bit on the small side for us and our two teen boys, but we made it work. The mattress on the pull out couch desperately needs to be replaced, but we found a queen size air mattress in the closet and that worked for a second bed.

Great Place
Excellent location. Easy walk to most places. We rented a car but didn’t use it because everything we needed was there. Bed was memory foam which I’m not used to but it was comfortable. Front deck and back patio are perfect! Could use more glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups etc. our only concern is the front door and patio doors do not close well. Went into the room a couple times with the door open. They close if you slam it but I like to be respectful of neighbors when getting in late.

Fun In The Sun, Our Vacation Getaway!

Great area condo good for two people.
The condo was great for the two of us in a great area. Only problem was the bathroom vents were dusty in the shower curtain wasn’t clean. We are staying there again next year and we’re hoping that Robert will make sure the cleaners clean that bathroom.

Amazing views!
In addition to the fabulous 180 degree views of Clearwater, the location was excellent as well. Easy walk to beach and downtown Clearwater. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy. Kitchen could use a few more glasses and tea towels. Out of three beach chairs, one was not usable and others are worn but still usable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend this condo!

January getaway
This is our third time at Dockside Condos and love the location. Close to beach and restaurants. Great view Of the intercostal with daily dolphin shows. First time in a one bedroom and it was fine for 2 people. Any more would be a bit crowded. Communication with the owner was great. He was prompt to respond. The property was clean and we thought the bed was comfy contrary to some reviews. The condo needs a new shower rod and beach chairs as the chairs they have are worn out bag chairs. Some updated beach towels would be great as well. BBQ tongs and wine glasses would be nice. Only one wine glass. Regardless it deserves a 5 star review as these small inconveniences are minor and more for the owners information. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I enjoyed the condo it had everything you need. I would recommend that they invest in a new bed and pillows. The bed had no support. The pillows were the opposite and were hard. Other then that if these changes were made we would stay there again

Great location
My husband and I spent our 20th anniversary in Clearwater. The location of the unit was perfect for us. We walked to the beach and numerous restaurants. We felt very safe and had no problems checking in. The unit was clean and having the washer and dyer was a plus. The only thing not so good were the towels/linens and mattress. The towels/linens were very “tired” along with the mattress. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed the views!

You decide...
First the owner was quick to respond even when they did not know the answer to questions. Example 1: I emailed a request to see if I could get a second parking permit, I was told by the owner that he could not reach George (the cleaning/maintenance guy, but if I arrived a couple hours early he could give me one. Example 2: After a day at the Beach, we had no water in the unit? I emailed the website and the owner responded, said he tried to contact the city but they were closed at 3:25 PM? 3 hours later nothing.... so we went to relatives in Palm Harbor to shower. When we returned we still had no water? I went to 4 out of the 6 floors where I found a couple outside that said they heard it was a water main leak. Received a email later that night,From someone else Example 3, After packing Friday night for a early Saturday departure for my 10 hour drive home, I was shocked that I could not find my vehicle... There are about 40 parking spaces and only about ten cars in the lot. Sure enough the SUV was gone. I contacted the owner before 7 am by phone and was very happy he answered. Long story short he said he has never had a car towed before and I should call George (cleaning guy)? or the police department. I contacted George and he had no idea. So I contacted the Clearwater police and sure enough it was towed at 11:36 PM, with 30+ empty parking spaces. Ended up costing about $200 between the tow and Uber, but standing in the rain waiting for the repo shop to open with all of my stuff was pretty frustrating. I let the owner know thatI had located my car and he agreed the clearly someone was out to make some money. Either way it was my mistake and I own it, the parking permit had fallen off the dash but was in clear view to anyone looking for it. Property concerns, 1.The towels provided are not something I would dry my car off with. So bring your own 2. No instructions on how to use the TV's and there are multiple boxes 3. The bed, really needs a new mattress. 4. The elevator has cracked tiles and sound like its going to die. 5. We did see Dolphins :), went to walk on the dock, oops only for boat owners violators will be prosecuted. 6. The backyard size pool is shared between the condo building and the Hotel next door? 7. The closet has assorted pool toys and the air handler and water heater in it but the dresser is nice size. 8. The best view is off the front porch, beautiful but the 3 chairs are a safety issue.

The whole city of Clearwater was without water, most business shut down for a few hours as a contractor working at a nearby park hit the main water line. There is absolutely nothing I could do to fix or prevent the problem. We were nice enough to arrange a second parking pass, (parking is expensive near the beach), as every beach town has parking problems and yes, it needs to be properly displayed. He was towed and I certainly feel for him. He called me up at 7am asking about his car, I suggested he call George the Guy in charge of the building, the police or the towing company listed on the no parking signs without a pass. He then texted me asking if I get a kick back from the towing company, at that point I ended all conversations with this man. Do tow truck drivers have an incentive to tow un permitted cars, I'm sure they do. The mattress was replaced last year and there is only one cable box to use. Never had anyone complain they could not get the tv to work.

Cozy Condo!!
Great location! Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. Cozy condo on the end of the building is perfect for a couple looking to get away for a beach vacation. We can’t wait to stay again!
