The condo was nice and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We wish we would have had access to the balcony, but we understand with the hurricane damage. I t was a good location and we will be back.

Lovely.

Great location. Not as commercialized.

Family get away, along with a family members wedding in near by Tampa. Everything needed for our stay was available in the condo. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, what an ideal stay!

This was a terrific long weekend getaway. The space was just as stated, and even better! It was so comfortable and the views were amazing. Communication was great as the team was responsive and friendly. We look forward to a return trip.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

This condo was very nicely updated and appointed. I appreciated that the furnishings seemed quite new and didn't show much wear. The beds were very comfortable. We love staying at this complex; it is quiet and the condos are spacious.

Wonderful spring break!

We rented both properties 406-and404 for three families over spring break.. location awesome, weather perfect! Loved beachy decor. Both units had basically everything we needed - even beach chairs and toys!however, Floor in 406 was dirty- swept however did not appear to be moped for quite a while.

Fun time on the beach

This condo is well situated on Indian Shores. Beautiful beach view and condo has all that you will need to make your stay comfortable. The beach is steps away and the condo has all that you need to make your beach day wonderful. The location is close to many restaurants and within minutes to Clearwater, Tampa and other points of interest. I would definitely go back.

Location!

We rented the condo to have a place on the beach while moving out son to Tampa. Unfortunately, COVID prevented most of us from going. Those of us who were able to enjoy the property were so glad to have a brief getaway. The location was great. Building is older, and elevator is slow, but the unit is super cute, clean, and well appointed.

Amazing Place and Location

The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Really nice finishes and everything you need for a great location. IT was unfortunate that they were repainting the building during our stay as the beeping of the boom truck by the pool but the place looks more updated with a new paint job. The location is perfect. We saw dolphins every morning straight out from our balcony and the perfect sunset each night. Loved everything about the location as it wasn't in the middle of the crazy tourist area but wasn't remote. Will definitely come again.

Plan on Returning

The condo is adorable and very fitting for a family of 5. We love staying here and plan to return as soon as we are able. The only two concerns are the dryer (takes an excessive time to dry towels/clothes) & couldn’t find a pizza cutter.. other than that it was a perfect stay! We shall return!

Florida Anniversary Trip

The wife and I booked this condo simply to be next to the beach. Our first time to Indian Shores area. The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Beech towels and chairs were provided which lessened our load. Parking was great and a good location to many restaurants. The only downside was that the pool was under rehab, so we did not get to use our pool. The updates look nice. The beach was very clean and the water was clear.

Family Vacation

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. The beach and pool were very nice. The one and only elevator was a nightmare. Broke over and over, very hard for us to climb 8 sets of steps to the 4th floor. This has been a problem for years according to other repeat guests. Even though we loved the condo we would not stay here again because of the elevator.

Family Getaway

Property is in a great location. It has been totally renovated. Well supplied kitchen. Only real drawback was cleanliness. A fabric upholstered chair in the living room was clear black from being sat on with probably wet swim suits. It needs a professional cleaning or just replaced. There were also some mold issues in corners of bathrooms. Overall a very enjoyable getaway.

Lovely, spacious condo with beautiful view and location on the beach.

Very smooth. Only exception was that the large sliding glass doors to patio would not slide open. The problem was reported, but we had no response. We used the bedroom sliding doors to access the patio.

Great stay at Seagate

This was our 3rd time staying at Seagate and the 3rd different unit. This unit was as advertised, nicely stocked and decorated. Outside of a weeks worth of construction outside, we enjoyed our stay. If I had one complaint, it would be the quality of furniture on the patio overlooking the gulf. When you’re from Ohio, that is often the best spot in the condo and the furniture was not comfortable or sturdy. A huge positive was the available water equipment. We all took turns kayaking in the gulf. Thank you for allowing us to spend a week in your nice condo.

Great location!

We loved the location of this property, near many restaurants to walk to, etc. and right on the beach, just steps away from the building. The property itself was clean, but could use a fresh coat of paint, or have the walls/baseboards wiped down. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend putting blinds or black out curtains in the 2 rooms facing the parking lot, as the sun gets very bright in those rooms very early in the morning. Balcony furniture was not comfortable and could use an upgrade. This is where we like to spend our time when in the room, and it was not very comfortable to do so. The elevator is very slow and not air conditioned so we used the stairs a lot during our stay. The pool was nice. The beach is beautiful and very low key, which we enjoyed! Liked that they had beach towels for us to use. All in all it was a very nice property, and pretty updated. I would recommend it!

Great location, the rest to be desired.

Seagate was an absolutely perfect location! We were right on the beach and enjoyed the sunset every night. If you drove you were in good shape, but if you flew, like we did, not so much. We kept running out of everyday amenities that most places usually provide. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soap etc. We had to do additional Uber runs and pay for these amenities for ourselves. I just thought for a group of seven they would have provided more of the essentials needed when you get a VRBO rental. Overall, I would not go back to Seagate.

Beautifully decorated condo

Beautifully decorated condo with everything you would need provided. We used many things in the garage, chairs, tent paddle board, bikes. The owners have thought of everything to make guests stay comfortable. We enjoyed the town and did several trips to Clearwater to jet ski and deep sea fish. Air condition did break down Saturday night and didn't hear back from anyone till Sunday afternoon. Because the weather wasn't really hot and we were leaving early Monday morning we told them to wait and fix it after we left Would recommend this condo to anyone!
