Fabulous Home Away From Home

The property was "as advertised". It was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The fourth bedroom was tucked away behind the laundry room and made the perfect cave for me to be able to get work done in between Spring Training games and other relaxing activities. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back down for Phillies Spring Training again.

Perfect vacation!

My family and I loved this home and miss it! Fabulous location close to beaches and great restaurants. Beautiful rooms, furnishings, huge kitchen - everything was amazing! Great pool that we enjoyed several times. Very nice neighborhood felt safe. We couldn’t have asked for a better house which made our vacation perfect!

Not a property for adult relaxing stay.

Problem that we could never disable alarms to go to patio pool area. No children in group. If wanted to have morning coffee by the pool, alarm wakes up the whole house when door opens. Property manager took several hours for response or no response on how to deal with issue.

Wouldn’t return…

From the start my family and I had issues. Upon arrival the door was unlocked and was unable to lock due to the door having battery issues. It took two days of not locking the front door to get repaired .while repairing the door we informed the maintenance person that the fire detector batteries needed changed due to the excessive beeping…. Maintence never came back or sent anyone to take care of it. The nauseating door alarms go off until you hit this high button everytime you open any back door, I had to literally sit like a door man to keep the door alarms from ringing the entire time. For whatever reason, multiple times throughout different nights the alarms would just randomly start going off as if someone is breaking in.When I called about it, the customer service just said that it’s nothing they can do about it . The living room couch has hard springs/wood pieces sticking you in the back when you sit on it. Lastly, the main reason for booking this property was for the pool which at no point during the year would it ever be usable due to the extreme cold temperature. The trees are blocking the entire back yard so zero light is able to come through.Plus there is some water system in place that just keeps pushing fresh cold water into the pool. A heating system definitely needs to be reconsidered . Sorry pretty home but not functional what so ever . Complete waste of money!!!!!!

Great house

This house is lovely and spacious. The pool is so pretty and fun. The beds are comfortable and it was great to have the beach towels and chairs as our girl group flew in for the vacation. Great kitchen!

Nice home, private pool, comfortable and spacious even for family of 5. Conveniently close to Indian rocks beach, Clearwater beach, Publix, CVS&Walgreens, Starbucks.

Cleanliness was lacking

Bed sheets smelled like mens cologne and a bunch of Febreeze. Like they hadn’t been washed. All kinds of hair in the bathroom on the floor. Cup holders in the couch were filthy. The pool had two big patches of dirt. Really needed a deep cleaning.

Beautiful property - perfect for fun & relaxation!

We rented this property to bring our family, living out of state, together! This beautiful property was perfect for fun & relaxation! The beach is a 5 minute drive, the grocery store is a 5 minute walk, and the Welcome Book was comprehensive! Everyone LOVED our week together!

Great family home

Great location..close to everything! Very nice home for multiple families... wish pool was more in sun but did not keep kids from swimming. Nice big kitchen, Weber grill...we had an amazing time!
