Spring Break

Property was in a great location for restaurants and it was directly on the beach. We could walk or ride a bicycle everywhere we needed to go. I would stay here again.

Overall great place

Lovely beach, small condo building with nice pool area. Everyone there was great. Condo was fairly clean and had some minor issues that weren't a big deal. Beds were not the most comfy. Overall had a great stay!

Great Location

Overall it was very nice and clean and being on the beach was fantastic. Upgraded bedroom furniture and shower fixtures would make it better. Also, the spiral staircase looks good but is impractical. Theres no way I could have gotten my suitcase up them.

We were very pleasantly surprised

the toilet in the main hall is not properly settled and bangs loudly when you sit on it. The unit is beautiful and we had a great time.

Nice w/ a few disappointments

The location is perfect for beach, shops, and restaurants. The listing gave the impression that there are plenty of beach amenities; only towels and chairs (available when other unit guests do not take them for their invited local guests). Floors were quite dirty. Tiki bar area a mess. There is not a lot of natural light coming through this unit. It's tucked back in the corner of the building. Balcony view is side view of other buildings. Communication with management company was good. We did have a nice stay and possilbe will return but to a different unit.

Gulf Side Condo - IRB

This property is right on the Gulf. The unit did not have any gulf views and would have been much more enjoyable if it did. It does have an elevator but the hallways are tight - especially when loading and unloading luggage. The unit itself was very spacious and clean. All of the furniture was so comfortable and easy to relax in. The kitchen was moderately stocked - would suggest more than 1 kitchen towel and cloths. There were only 3 coffee mugs so it definitely needs more.The only complaint is the spiral staircase. The balcony was upstairs and although we were not able to enjoy it due to the bad weather (rain & cold), one person in our party would not have been able to use it because it was located upstairs and would have to use the spiral staircase. Very dangerous - especially at night since there is no upstairs bathroom. Perhaps a regular staircase would be more appropriate and helpful to guests.The property had a heated pool which we did use between the raindrops. The beach location was perfect and walkable to several restaurants. The sunsets were the best and most enjoyable to just walk out on the beach from the condo.Would definitely rent a unit again in this building.

Overpriced for the quality

While we enjoyed our stay, the shower curtain in the master bath was moldy and hung dangerously low into the shower, so low we were stepping on several inches of it. The towels and pool towels were in short demand and old. I have better towels at home. Beds were not very comfortable. The wooden furniture on the balcony was very rickety. This is a decent condo but have stayed in much nicer ones. This was not worth the premium price we paid and it is not a premium condo. That being said the pool was very nice and clean and location was good.

The location was great, pool/patio area has a nice and fun set up. The parking area was good. The unit we stayed in was not as spacious as pictured on website and it was lacking some finishing touches. TV in living room is only viewable from one angle, remotes not set up properly. The sectional pieces were not connected. Cables are fully exposed in rooms, shower curtain in master BR is not mounted correctly thus the shower curtain covers have the tub space. Lock key didn't work properly. But overall we enjoyed our stay, and the property manager was very polite and responsive.
