This home is beyond charming and a warm and inviting gathering spot for family or friend get togethers: It’s truly one of a kind! Where else would you be able to enjoy your very own thatched Tiki Room (festively appointed and furnished and with a built-in bar and big-screen TV), lanai with colorful lounge chairs, fire pit (firewood provided), hot tub tucked into the palm trees, and heated swimming pool (swimming tubes included).
It is perfect for a family, two couples, or just anyone looking to get away and stay in a very private, tranquil, resort-type environment. There are two bedrooms (each with a King-size bed, Bose speaker, and big-screen TV), two bathrooms (one in the garage for privacy and both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), and a kitchen that is a cook’s dream: modern appliances, a spacious granite countertop, and fully stocked with silverware, utensils, glassware, tableware, cutlery, and pots and pans.
If you require additional bed space, there is an inflatable Queen-size bed and an inviting, comfortable couch. If you need to launder your clothes, a newly installed washer and dryer are at your disposal. Kids (and even adults!) will love the collection of books and board games that are provided.
The living room and dining area offer an open, welcoming floor plan, tasteful (and quite comfortable!) furniture, and a fourth big-screen TV. All four TVs have access to popular streaming services including, among others, Hulu, Netflix, and HBO.
The exotic, tropical nature of the home is accentuated with beautiful color and lighting touches throughout, and the artwork on the walls and ornamental features around the house are colorful and eclectic—adding to the fun, charm, and warmth! If you’re entertaining family or friends, the home affords ample parking with its large U- shaped driveway.
The home has a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm, and there is a security camera/recording device covering the gates and front entrance.
For a modest additional fee, the home provides “concierge” services to meet your every need. We can arrange for delivery of your groceries and liquor in advance of your arrival; make your dining, fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, or other activity (you name it!) reservations; start a fire in your fire pit and bring you a kit for making s’mores; or arrange for additional cleaning service during your stay. Need to have flowers or wine delivered, or want balloons delivered for an occasion, let us know and we’ll make it happen! The list goes on….
