Beautiful condo

This property was great! Clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again.

Friend beach trip

We had a great time here! Highlights were looking for dolphins on the balcony, having ALL the beach and pool toys we could need, fishing on the dock, and having 2 rooms with king size beds for both couples! Bryan was fabulous and we really enjoyed our time in the condo!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying in this area at Clearwater!! Bryan was so helpful to give suggestions - the house was so beautiful and very very clean!! We saw dolphins everyday and manatees!!

Amazing place

Bryan is an amazing host. Place is beautiful and anything I asked Bryan, he was super responsive. We did a fishing charter and they picked us up right at the condo at the dock. Definitely will book again. You WON’T be disappointed.

Best ever

We stayed at many VRBO's and this Condo was one of the best for condition and outfitting of the 4-bedroom unit. Location was fabulous. But the best part was our dealings with the owner/manager. He was the most responsive and helpful owner we have ever dealt with. No question we will want to stay at this unit the next time we have a vacation in the Clearwater Beach area.

Condo was perfectly appointed, beautifully decorated and spacious. Located in an area that was close to all with a marina in the rear and beach across the street. Pack your bathing suit and just show up. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Harbor Property

Wonderful property!

The property is beautiful! There was five adults and two children in our group. Plenty of room for all and very, very clean. The unit was much nicer and bigger than what the photos show. Bryan is a wonderful host and we highly recommend staying here. We were lucky enough to have some dolphins swimming just outside the building…we all loved this. Come and stay, you will be thrilled!

Amazing stay!

There were ten people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us! We really enjoyed the large dinner table that fit everyone. We saw dolphins almost every morning from the balcony and one morning a dolphin even came up to the dock! Bryan was very responsive and had so many suggestions for restaurants/things to do around Clearwater. The property was clean and resembled the pictures exactly. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Bryan was a wealth of knowledge and so kind. The condo was immaculately clean- more than any vacation rental we have stayed at. The blankets on the beds that typically are rarely washed at rentals were freshly laundered saving us hours of laundry upon arrival. Having all of the beach items needed already there saved us so much time and packing. We will absolutely be coming back!

Rental exceeded expectations!

Thank you Bryan for a wonderful stay in Clearwater. Truly the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. The unit was impeccable and contained everything we needed for our week. Highlights were many, and included the storage closet with plenty of beach gear and toys; excellent communication before and during our stay with Bryan; extremely comfortable bedrooms and beds; plenty of supplies to get us started for the week (laundry detergent, paper products, dish soap etc); seeing manatees and dolphins off the dock! If we come back to Clearwater next year, we'll be sure to book one of Bryan's rental units.
