Perfect stay for my birthday weekend

Amazing hospitality and amenities and perfect location. I come down only once or twice a year, this year for me and my mother’s birthday where we had family and friends over for dinner and fun pool day. Highly recommend as the place and location is perfect.

Wonderful, Quiet Neighborhood, Clean Home!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! So spacious with 2 floors and 2 kitchens! Very clean home! Lots of towels! Pool and hot tub amazing! Venus was always a text away and responded so quickly!

A Great Place to Stay!

Venus the property manager was fantastic! She responded very quickly to our questions and needs. We had nine adults and two children three years old and 18 months. There was plenty of space for all of us. The pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Home was everything described. Very clean home and well furnished. Home setup nice for large groups. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Plenty of supplies needed to keep home clean. Home manager Venus was easily reachable and able to answer any questions and provided all necessary information needed. Would recommend to friends and family. Would stay again.

Family cacation

We loved this house!! Everything was perfect and we even got stuck an extra day from the Microsoft outage. Venus re-rented to us for another night with no problem!! The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was that there was nothing in the kitchen that was left by renters, ie, paper plates , zip lock baggies, etc. so we had to buy all of that upon arrival. We even bought a cooler and left it for the next renters. Overall it was a great house to stay in with our family❤️

We had a great stay

Hostess was very accommodating. The house is well laid out for privacy and convenience. Kitchen appliances modern. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool and hot tub are perfect in size and temperature. The home is beautifully furnished. We have but one complaint. Upstairs bathroom shower heads are not practical coming from ceiling and making rinsing off impossible. Like taking a shower in rain.

Beautiful, spacious house

This property was great for our family of 9. All the adults had their own rooms with their own bathroom and the kids shared a room. There was one bedroom we didn't even need to use. With two kitchens we were able to use the downstairs fridge as a drink fridge. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was used quite frequently. We did need to contact the owner via text to turn the hot tub on each time. That turned out being fine and Venus was very responsive and quick to turn it on. We loved the spacious kitchen, dining and living room area. We would definitely recommend this house!

Very nice house and host

The house was very nice and had many amenities we appreciated. Host was helpful and responsive. Check-in and most importantly check-out process was a breeze, no mile long list of chores to do before we leave. The house is in a neighborhood with strictly enforced 9p-9a quiet time, so if your group likes to be be out late this may not be the ideal place for you.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung

Das Haus ist riesig, tolle Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht, super sauber und einem klasse Pool. Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen sind ganz in der Nähe und zum wirklich tollen Strand von Clearwater braucht man nicht lange mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und super nett! Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt und kommen gerne wieder.

Ladies Night

Our book club decided to have a ladies night with a private chef. This home was perfect for what we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and a bonus that it was screened in. The home was clean and there was enough space for all of us. Venus responded quickly any time I had a random question before we arrived and once we arrived. I would definitely rent this home again.

Needed big house near Clearwater

House looked perfect in the photos and in real life we were not let down. It was perfect. 9 of us stayed. Myself and my wife. My wife's parents. My 2 teen daughters. My oldest daughter and her husband. My 20 year old son. My oldest son and his wife are having a baby (our 1st grandchild) so we were down for a baby shower. The house was 15 minutes from evwerywhwe needed. Pool was great and hot tub. All the rooms were perfect for us. We will stay again when we come to visit with big groups.

Perfect Small Company Retreat

This house was perfect for our small 6 person team department within the company, several coworkers came in from out of town and we all decided to stay together at this VRBO. The house was a perfect split and fit all of us comfortably!
