Needed more lighting in the kitchen. Sliding glass doors were difficult to open but did clean out the grooves and that helped. Outside bathroom doors did not open a few times when needed. Views, beach and pool were wonderful. Beds were comfortable.

This beautiful condo was as described! Gorgeous views and a fabulous balcony. Direct beach access and within walking distance to many restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.Looking forward to our next visit.

The condo, balcony, views, and the beach just steps away all exceeded our expectations. A lot of attention to detail was made for guests with everything you could need. Beds were very comfortable. A huge fully equipped kitchen including a nice Keurig coffee maker that you can use pods or brew a pot of coffee. The ice maker kept up with ice needs and didn't have to go out for bags of ice. The 2 minute walk to Hurricane Eddies was so nice, the grouper nuggets were delicious. We enjoyed the sunsets right from the huge balcony. We really appreciated the clear and helpful communication with our host. You will not regret choosing this condo. We sure hope to return for our next vacation.

It was great !! we come to Indian Rocks a lot. we had another location booked ,but do to the last flood it wasn't ready yet. Which was great for us. Matt, the owner, was very nice and had checked on us after we checked in. Great location. Nice views of the sun sets. Loved it!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The last 4 days we had perfect weather. The condo was just as pictured and the balcony was perfect. The wrap around balcony gave some extra shade during the late afternoon which was really nice. The sunsets were perfect from the beach and from the condo. The host had great communication and was very helpful. This was our first time in IBR, but we will be back.

Perfect place/perfect beach

Sometimes when you read something online it ends up not being anything like what you expected, but this was just the opposite. It was better than we expected. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was excellent! Very clean, showers and bathrooms were great. Very roomy living room with a 75 inch tv that the entire family could sit around watch a movie in the evening. The kitchen was very nice size has stove, microwave ,dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and so with the 2 blenders that was in the kitchen we could make our favorite frozen margaritas and never run out. There was a large dining area right next to the kitchen. Everything was layed out very nice and very spacious. And the wrap around balcony was very nice with all kind of seating, there was a table and chairs and the other part had a couch and a lounge. And from our balcony we could watch our 7 year old granddaughter swimming in the pool right below us. I always felt safe the pool , elevator and beach access were all gated and you had codes to get in each so you never had to fumble for keys. Not only was this condo exceptionally nice, but the access to the beach was so close you were at the waters edge in 3 minutes no long walks. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with other beach toys and boogie boards were provided and available in the large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. And since this was first time renting this unit, Matt was always available to answer any questions you might have. We will be back
