4night mini vaca

I loved this rental unit. Very well stocked. Very neat and clean. Only issue was one of the bathroom toilet ran constantly, we had to keep door closed for the running water sound. We called maintaince they came up right away, stopped temporarily but then started running again. Over all i would definately rent this unit again!!! 🙂 Love the manatees every morning ❤️❤️

#ITSAFAMILYAFFAIR #TAMPABOUND

For the past 3yrs now we’ve all been going down to Tampa to help my son & my nephew get settled into UT this yr being that it’s their junior yr we decided it was time we change it up alil & start going & checking out some of these beautiful surrounding beaches that are all around the Tampa area starting with St.Pete Beach that way we got more of a vacation vibe rather than that city vibe Tampa has so we ended up picking this perfect location here at Sunrise Resorts close enough to everything we were able to walk around go check out some of the town & only steps away fr the beach or a quick Uber ride to anyone of the other beaches Treasure Island or Madeira Beach lots of restaurants & bars around & when you were at the condo you had some magnificent views off their balcony so I must say we truly did enjoy ourselves here this was just the right location for all of us thank you

Family vacation

Wonderful family getaway! This was the easiest check in process I’ve ever experienced. Easy parking. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was also very close to restaurants and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

St Pete Beach

We enjoyed this resort. Easy walk across the road to the beach. We went everyday. The pool was shaded by the building in the afternoon. Saw a dolphin and manatees at the dock. Friendly neighbors.

We rented a condo for a long weekend and it was the perfect spot for a much-needed getaway.The location is perfect—right on the water and within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, which made everything super convenient.The resort itself was clean, well-maintained, and packed with great amenities. We especially appreciated how relaxing and comfortable everything felt throughout our stay.A special shout-out to Colleen—she was amazing! She went above and beyond in helping us rent a golf cart, offering fantastic local recommendations for places to eat, and suggesting fun things to do in the area. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Sunrise since 2009. Seen many owners and Management Teams come and go. This experience was just okay! We thought #207 was our original unit but somehow changed during ending contract. The unit itself was most disappointing. Welcome basket should have stayed with office. ( filthy dirty and not pleasant ) Both hair blowers in one bathroom and both were very dirty with the smaller on burnt out. ( very dangerous ) carpets dirty ( socks to prove! ) Dishes, cutlery, knives block, glassware, crockpot, pans in oven drawer filthy dirty! Bugs, grease, and items put away had not been washed. ( I took pictures ) We kept our every day dishes washed by hand on the counter for our daily use. I rearranged cabinets and put the dirty, unwashed, and broken things together and left them in the oven, ( I also have pictures ) Our group took up four of your units, usually we are a group of 8-9 units, but health reasons have interfered. As per previous years, bathrooms were always stocked with bathroom tissue, box of Kleenex and were available if it ran out! We ended up buying more, but our friends were told to make purchases as well. This unit is extremely tired and should not be on your site. Also, the extra charge sign for soiled bed spread is insulting, as well as the envelope for your cleaning staff! And leaving food etc. for their use at the end of our stay.Appreciate hearing back from you.We love staying here and would appreciate hearing back from you.

A Really Fun Good Time

Great location and an alternative to Tradewinds for a conference

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sayed in 204 5 nights & one of us attended a conference at Tradewinds. We called the office a couple of times & they answered all questions prior and during our stay.On arrival (Sunday), no one was available on the phone but no issues getting into the unit since all info was in an email. The code didn't work at first, hold the checkmark after the code. First impression was great until items needed charging. Only one outlet next to the couch worked, many did not work & no fuses were tripped. We used that one outlet & one in each bdrm. Then while locking door with the slide, a screw fell out & another screw from above fell out. It didn't really affect the door, but that was 2 screws in 10 minutes. We noticed a water stain by the fridge floor which had been there awhile, sugar packets open, dirty fans, dirty sink, dirty fridge, coffee pot was filthy, & no DW detergent. I reported this to the office & they were very apologetic. I didn't want to be charged for something. Then the slider door handle broke off. I took pictures & reported that as well.Despite some maintenance/cleanliness issues, our stay was great! Plenty of room for us, the view on the balcony was the best spot & the noise level of the whole place was not overwhelming like Tradewinds/RumFish. If you have kids and always want activities at the beach/resort, maybe this isn't the place for you, but it is a quick walk across the street. Plenty of kids at the condo pool that were never running around or screaming.A driver we used, Steve (very nice) from Treasure Island Airport Shuttle picks you up in a Lincoln & can fit 3 in the back, 1 in the front. We used / to get around, Nate was awesome! We had his cell# & could call him anytime. We left coffee in the freezer, kcup kit (fyi kcup continues dripping when done, put another cup there) & tide/downey.We would stay again!

Perfect, easy escape in St. Pete Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed an unplugged escape from Ohio and 2020 in general. Sunrise 204 delivered. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony and watched the manatees. Amazing! Very short walk to the white sand beach and clear gulf water. Tons of beach to spread out. A shell hunters paradise. We enjoyed many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also made the short walk back to the beach for sunset every night. A beautiful sight. We enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub every night, having it to ourselves almost every evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is meticulously kept. Sunrise 204 is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful, easy vacation. The beds are amazing. Beautifully decorated. Stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and containers for leftovers. Plenty of linens provided. Incredibly clean condo. Great wifi and TV options for the kids, but the better show is the wildlife and bay view from the balcony. Best of both worlds, bay sunrise and either walk to beach for sunset or watch from the front of the complex. A very relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to return!

Nice property in heart of St Petes Beach

Stayed a week with wife and teen. You do have to cross a street to get to beach but it's only a 5 min walk. Condo was clean and had everything needed. Views were nice. Close to restaurants. Walkable area. We thought about bike rentals but there is a fair amount of traffic.

Absolute Perfection

Every detail inside was perfect and there were even plenty of toys (pool noodles, lounge chairs, balls, etc) for the kids to use. The facilities are great. Great pool, fishing dock, tennis courts, shuffleboard was just perfect for our family and the location is right in the center of St Pete Beach. I honestly couldn't be happier with this vacation rental. I'd give it 10 stars.

Loved this condo!

The condo was very quaint and nice, we loved our stay here! I would recommend some upgrades to the dishes, there wasn’t a full matching set, but other than that we had a wonderful time and stay! The lovely lady who helped get us checked in was wonderful and kind, and very sweet to my little boy! We will be back for sure!
