100 steps to the sand, your family can walk back and forth in seconds, have a cup of coffee on the beach, come back take an outdoor shower, have lunch and then take the cooler and watch the sunset. Enjoy LG appliances, modern new amenities in a 1925 Beach Cottage. Kids love to make new friends in the recreation area for all of Clearwater Cottages in Key West style tropical backyard with wood party deck, tin roof gazebo, hot tub, shade trees, and BBQ Grills. Guest report it is like camping at the beach.

Perfect for families with kids and pets, who want that easy going vacation. Laid back atmosphere. No need for high heel flip flops here. Not a plush resort, for laid back easy going families who want a fun beach vacation .
Just 5 blocks walk to famous Pier 60 with all the action. Clearwater Cottages is in the Old Florida District, the last few streets with vacation rentals, cottages, and Beach houses offering vacation rentals,

Your onsite Cottage Counselors Capt.Al around to make sure you have a great beach vacation.
Never a charge to use Capt.Al's fishing poles, beach chairs, and in summer a day of boating, when available for our weekly guests. Gas surcharge $250 Sleeps 5 guests with Queen, twin , and queen futon. Has 2 bedrooms. 50 wall TV Lots of cable channels
Swimming pool included at Clearwater Aquatic Center across street 2.5 blocks walk. 10 free passes includes kids waterside, fountains and lifeguards with air conditioned shower, work out club and changing facilities. It is pictured in the photos opens mid March to Labor Day We provide free passes for our weekly guests up to 10.

All size dogs welcome Add Pet Fee $100 per stay not per day like the hotels, Add Community fee for first pet

Love this place!

Great location and vibe. Owner Captain Al and housekeeper Nancy were both awesome hosts! They were around when you needed them, but never intrusive. We can't wait to go back!

Pink Gulfside cottage.

Excellent location. Easy walk to all the activities we were looking for. The cottage was a little dark with the shades and the bathroom shows its age, but rest of the cottage was perfect.

Summer Vaca

Great location and perfect for walking to the beach. Nothing fancy but perfect for us. My girls loved that the cottage is pink! It was nice being able to walk to dinner and shops. We had a great time!

Great location! Steps from the beach.

We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.

Cottage by the Beach

I've stayed at dozens of rentals over the years. This property has been the only one were we had to secure another location during the week at our own expense because we felt like the cottage was not clean enough. Captain Al is a great guy and the location is great. But it never felt relaxing in the place because just wasn't up to the standards one would expect in a rental.

Great cottage near the beach

We stayed in the pink gulfside cottage and it worked great for us. It’s close proximity to the beach was very convenient and the owner and housekeeper were great.

Fantastic location!!!!

Location was everything!! Steps from the beach. Cottage was away from all the busyness yet within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Capt Al and Ginger were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little beach cottage

The location is perfect for whatever you want to do. It's close to the beach, restaurants and shops but it's a couple streets north of the hustle and bustle so the street is quiet. Capt. Al responds by text quickly and will do whatever he can up make your trip work for you.

Perfect beach bungalow

We tend to visit clearwater about 6 times a year and after staying here this time i am so upset i never found it before! The owners and employees were so welcoming and friendly but werent pushy like anywhere else you stay! Also, the amount of items necessary for a day at the beach was an extra bonus i didnt know we needed. Absolutely recommend 100% and will be staying here again!!

We loved staying here. It is just steps from the beach. It was so quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Very easy to get around. I definitely recommend staying here! Capt. Al was great to work with and only a call away if we needed him.

The right way to enjoy Clearwater Beach

Capt. Al treats you like an old friend. The location can't be beat. Beach towels, chairs, bicycles, and the real feel of being in a Florida Beach House. Who could ask for more.

Fantastic cozy cottage!

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Super close to everything. We walked everywhere. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. We could not have had a better location! If you want a relaxed environment with everything you need (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, tents, towels, etc) then this is your place.

Amazing cottage for an amazing price

This is a great cottage for familes that can get along in tight quarters. We stayed in the Gulfside cottage and had 4 adults and a toddler. We were able to make it work, but you have to be okay with little privacy. Beach was beautiful and never too crowded. Main strip of restaurants, bars, and shops are less than a 10 min walk away. The staff made us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cute and location was excellent

It's just north of the strip but can walk into the action in a matter of minutes. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. The property has chairs, and beach stuff to borrow. The property itself was very cute and corky! It's tight but it worked well for us. The captain was excellent with communication! Would definitely come back again. Thank you
