Wonderful stay!

Very roomy and clean, everyone was very comfortable and had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated the kids stuff— kids cups, plates, utensils and high chair made traveling with toddlers so much easier!!

Perfect for young family and grandparents!

Love the fact we were close to everything: beaches, stores and downtown Tampa if you wish to visit some insights. Accommodations were great; had everything for the baby (crib, chair in the kitchen) and well equipped for beach days.

Wonderful !!!

This was a wonderful house for our family get together. Lots of bed space for everyone and there were games for the indoors and out! Definitely recommend this location as near grocery stores, restaurants and the beaches! Will stay there again I'm certain.

Live Simply Cottage was great!

We stayed six nights at this listing. The house was great for our family of 5, but can definitely fit more people. The house was extremely clean and we felt very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. It was great to be able to use provided beach toys, chairs and the wagon. The location was great. We took daily trips to different beaches. Grocery store was close by as we used the kitchen daily. The neighborhood was very quiet. I definitely recommend it.

Nice accommodations

We were in town for a wedding. I guess I missed the part where it said 1 full bathroom, that was totally on me but it did not interfere with any of our plans. We were in and out a lot so the convenient location was perfect for us to run into Tampa pretty much every day since most of us were part of the wedding party. We had family just a mile away which was a bonus for us! There was plenty of room for all of us. The set up was perfect.

Cute Cottage on a Quiet Street

Clean and quiet cottage in a friendly neighborhood. I was impressed with everything provided in the house as far as small kitchen appliances and starter supplies. I've stayed places before where there's basically nothing and you're buying months worth of supplies because thats the only size something comes in just to throw it all away at the end of the week. There are many beds, but only one full bath so keep that in mind if you're planning to fill all the beds! Communication with SFVR was quick and courteous. I would definitely rent from them again!

Wonderful Stay

Live Simply Cottage was more than we could ever have expected. The home Itself was beautiful and the items in the home far exceeded my expectation. Thinking about what travelers would need while on vacation is a great touch; coffee, beach towels, games, grill, cooking items and the list goes on. The sizes of the bedrooms were also more than adequate. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.
