Friends bachelor party

Myself and 11 other guys stayed here for 4 days, we had an amazing time. We all had places to sleep, there is always something to do, and the layout of the house is perfect for large group entertainment. Lastly, Kelly was really great with communication and answering any questions we had quickly. Thanks again!

Fun family home

Property is as described. The home was well stocked. We had a 16 month old with us so the portacrib and high chair were wonderful to have provided. The pool and backyard games were outstanding and provided hours of fun. The neighborhood is nice and close to a Publix. And it’s a quick 7minute or so drive to public beach access. The only issue we encountered was needing the grass mowed. I asked several time for this to happen but lawn maintenance never came to cut the grass. That was unfortunate as it made getting to bocce difficult and there were lots of biting bugs in the grass. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this property.

Great place!

The house was perfect for our bachelorette trip! Great open concept and backyard area with games and pool! Lots of great decorated walls for photo ops. FYI check in was a little later than I’ve typically seen and there is only one beach chair, but overall we had a great time and still deserves a 5-star rating from us!

Family Fun

We invited the kids and grandkids from 2 different states to join us in celebration of Pops 70th Bday. The kids loved the pool and all the video games-they were entertained! It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and we spend a day at the beach hopping waves and shell collecting. Got take out from a few good restaurants and cooked one night. It was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids plus one doggo. Everyone loved the place!

Our family stay was fantastic. We had 2 adults 60 y/o, 3 adults in their 30’s & 2 kids under 4. This home was the perfect venue for us to stay, have fun, be active & relax. The amenities were exactly what was noted. The awesome’s outweighed the challenges! Location is perfect! Host was incredibly attentive! Check in & out could not have been easier! I listed the awesome’s & challenges below!Awesome’s (in no specific order): mattresses & linens, games! (outside, inside & box games!), coffee bar (stocked!), washer & dryer, quiet dishwasher, clean, pool, fire pit, grill, kitchen, fun decor (painted walls, neon sign’s)!!Challenges (no order): there is a small step (7”?) between the main house & the game room & unfortunately it took a while for us & kids to remember that step, I ended up lining the step with my flip flops until we all remembered, air temp in house fluctuated the 3 rooms were on the warmer side vs the primary bedroom (many fans were provided!), the community bathroom could use an updated shower fixture (low water pressure), probably time to update the sofa in the great room. That’s it! I would highly recommend this house to anyone especially those with children! So much to do at the house you don’t have to leave! Such an amazing location too. Madeira Beach did not disappoint!! My thanks to the host, especially in keeping up with answering all of my questions prior to the trip! My family and I had an amazing time!
