Cozy Coastal Condo is a quiet waterfront studio that has been newly remodeled. Featuring new tile floors throughout, new queen Murphy bed with 10" mattress, and a comfy couch for relaxing and watching the big screen TV. An IKEA queen size pullout sofa to accommodate the kids or guests. Newly tiled shower and new toilet in bathroom.
The kitchen features all new cabinets with quartz counter tops, deep stainless steel sink, new compact four burner stove with oven, small fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and enough pots and pans to prepare your favorite meal, and plenty of dishes to serve it up.
Located in beautiful Indian Shores on the intracoastal waterway, this is your vacation paradise. Watch dolphins, manatees, and seabirds frolic while you relax with your favorite drink. Located on the first floor with parking in front of the door. Quiet and family friendly with fishing from the seawall, (check local license requirements), Olympic pool, shuffleboard courts, grills and picnic tables for cook-outs. A short walk across the street to the wide, white sandy beach.
Bring your boat or jet ski, dock outside your back door (no extra charge), launch for free at park 3 blocks away, and park your trailer on site (limited space).
Ride the Beach Trolley, (passes available from PSTA for a fee), all along Gulf Blvd. from Pass-a-Grille to Clearwater. Visit famous John's Pass for a day of shopping, great restaurants, deep sea fishing, or an ice cream. Many great restaurants in the area some within walking distance. Tennis courts and playground 2 blocks away.

Betty greeted us as there was a parking lot being redone so she helped get us a spot, and very kind. The place was perfect for us and we enjoyed it very much!! The people staying in other rooms/places were kind and friendly. No complaints. Hope to be able to stay again!!

My kids loved the big pool. My son fished everyday and right out the back door. Easy access across the street to the beach. Perfect little place with all the essentials you need for meals for the week!

Good location

Nice small studio, perfect for 2 peoples. Everything you need and more for kitchen and bathroom. Nice items for the beach, nice fishing rod (but no hook or appliances for them), bed is very confortable. Nice location! 2 minutes walk from the beach and just on the intercoastal canal. So nice for eat in front of the water. We love it thanks.

Perfect location, nice place except for the mattress, very uncomfortable.

I would go back if there was a different mattress. Never complained about a mattress before. Very accommodating with everything else.. Lots of spices, beach items and great shower.

Cute place. Nice and quiet area. Just a short walk across street to a beautiful beach. Had everything from cooking/grilling needs to beach chairs and fishing rods. Easy check in/out. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area. Definitely planning a return stay in future.

Great little place! Perfect for 2 with a private channel/canal in the back

Everything was clean and had all of the comforts of home! Loved viewing manatees and dolphins while drinking coffee in the morning. Great location! We will definitely look to rent this one again while visiting St. Pete🥰

Fell in love

We had such a great time and fell in love with this area. Betty has thought of everything. You cannot beat walking out your back door to the intercoastal. We saw so many dolphins and even a momma manatee and her pup. The beach is an easy walk across the street. Don't forget to stop by the bird sanctuary. The pool here is the biggest pool I have ever seen. Book this place, you will not be disappointed. Also, go get ice cream from LuLu's, It is the best.

Great Location

First, Gloria had everything just right for our stay. She was excellent in her communication skills. The back door opened right on the waterway. We could watch the dolphins and boats every day. Even made friends with a couple of great white egrets who just happened to stop by whenever we were fishing. Highly recommend!!!
