Great Getaway

Nice, comfortable condo. Owner very helpful, informative, and responsive. Beach was super as well as the restaurants. The trolley was an added bonus.

Lovely condo and great location

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and just a short walk to beach. The location is great with proximity to so many things you can walk to or short drive. We will be back!

Great place

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Indian Shores because this condo is very nice. Located directly on the beach is a plus! Ian is a superb landlord.

Perfect place for a friends beach vaca. Only drawback was not much within walking distance but we had a car so no problem.

Great condo on an excellent beach

Awesome condo in a great location. The ocean front views are excellent. Condo is in a great building and everything is well maintained. Owners are very helpful and we had everything we needed.

Wet nice place

This condo had a great view of the ocean! Check in was easy and it was nice to not need a key to get in and out. Air conditioner did not work well so we were not really able to use front bedroom because it was so hot and had to hang a blanket in front of window in other front bedroom to help keep sun out. Overall pleased with our stay

Perfect Condo at the Beach

Great location on the beach as well as close to restaurants, attractions, etc. Property has a large pool and the beach is big in front of the property. Condo was been well taken care of up and updated, you can tell Owner takes pride in it. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, toys, etc for our use. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach!

Best Vacation with a View

Fabulous vacation. The condo was clean and pretty. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous view. The Family room and master bedroom have ceiling to floor windows with an amazing view. Aside from the fact it was super hot this was far by one of our best family vacations. We will definitely be back.

Great place!

Condo was great! Spacious- had everything we needed and more! Shocked we didn’t have to have extra dish detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. having beach chairs, toys, etc to use was great- had brought my own though- not used to owners sharing and letting you use their things! Hope it’s available for dates we’ll need next year!

Great Condo, Great Location

Can't beat the views sitting on this condo balcony. Looking at the ocean and palm trees is the best views for me. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub felt amazing after two days on the road. We loved walking across the street for dinner at Caddy's and walked several times to the Indian Shores Trading Company for t-shirts. Amazing treasures are found walking the beach. Our first day there sponges were coming in on the beach. So very cool and interesting!

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

Don't hesitate...just book it! The condo was clean which was my main concern. The beach view was wonderful! It was also in great proximity from Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We didn't want the craziness and expense of Clearwater, so Indian Rocks was perfect. Ian and Michelle were wonderful to work with! Reserving and checking into the condo was easy.

Wonderful vacation

We've been to the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area many times, and your condo was the nicest one we've ever rented. We took advantage of all the beach chairs and toys as well as the games in the condo. Everything was clean and top notch. We appreciated the phone call to check on us and make sure everything was fine. Having wireless internet was great as we had several people who needed to be online. We hope to return again next year, if not before!

Indian Shores

Great location, beautiful beach, pool and hot tub. Building is dated and unit was good size but could use some sprucing up. The dish ware, glass ware and kitchen essentials need to be upgraded. Washer didn’t work upon arrival but Ian was quick to get it repaired.

Perfection!!!!

This condo could not have been more perfect!!! The place itself is remodeled, and looks amazing! Very clean! The balcony faces the beach....was may favorite place to be when we stayed. They provide everything you need! Had to reach out once to the owners, they were immediate in their response (actually they were hilarious). I have already told everyone I know if they ever stay in this area this is the place to stay! OHHHHH, and the wildlife we saw was incredible....we had the unbelievable experience of seeing a sea turtle lay her eggs!!!! Save yourself the time looking for a place to stay in Indian Shores.....this is the place!!!

Beautiful Stay

The Condo was very accomidating - views were beautiful, space was plentiful. It was pretty well equipped. There were some things that needed upgraded or replaced - pots and pans are not up to par, that made it hard for us due to the fact we cooked 5 meals during our stay. Even with spray and butter everything was sticking. There are also ZERO cleaning products, so I would suggest going to dollar tree for items as such. Other than those 2 those 2 things we really enjoyed our stay. There were dolphins every morning, we even saw a PINK one our 1st morning. The sunsets are gorgeous and the coffee shops are plentiful. Beds were very decent and bathrooms were great. The soaking tub is awesome!!!!! I would stay again - as long as I can cook stickfree ❤️ with 8 kids between 2 condos eating out isn't an option lol The owners are super nice and VERY responsive. That was greatly appreciated! Thank you Ian and Michelle.

Beautiful setting and wonderful weather. Love Sandcastle condos.

Nice layout with a separate vanity off the master bedroom, in addition to the bathroom sink Bathrooms renovated with new tile. Door into second bath from the second bedroom was also convenient. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Furniture fairly new and comfortable. Washer and dryer convenient although washer very noisy. Newer microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Silverware was odds and ends with only 1 teaspoon. Purchased a colander. Dining table only accommodates 4. Sheets were basic and not very soft but beds were firm and new. Would definitely stay there again!
