The breakfast was very good and the spa was nice but a bit too noisy for proper relaxation. The group of friends making noise should have been asked to quieten down a little.

Sheets and towels were a bit stained and the bed and pillow were hard and not very comfortable. But the building is beautiful and located just a 15minute walk out the of the main area. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again.

We had a lovely large room with a balcony overlooking St Helier. It was around a 15 minute walk into town or a shuttle bus every 2 hours. Breakfast had a good selection. Spa and indoor pool was large and great facilities. There was a bar and terrace with entertainment on a saturday night. The reception staff were very helpful for advice on walks etc. There is some free parking or a payable car park if you are stuck. You are only a short drive away from most attractions.

A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained.
