Welcome to Emily's Beach House!

This second-floor condo is located in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier and village area. It is directly across the street from tide contingent beach access. Just steps away are the St. Simons lighthouse, oceanfront Neptune Park with resort-style pool, playground, miniature golf and oceanfront picnic areas.

Emily's Beach House is a charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, wonderfully furnished in casual beach décor. Wood floors and paneling throughout create a cozy fishing lodge-like atmosphere, ideal for seaside getaways!

The open floor plan with kitchen and dining room allow for everyone to be together in the same space, and the living room includes a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Your private balcony with gentle sounds of the ocean in the distance is the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails or a great beach book!

Parking: 2 parking spot available for guest use

Beach Gear Credit Included! Covenant has proudly partnered with a beach gear delivery service, VayKLife, to add even more value for our guests. Book a participating Covenant vacation rental with a length of stay between 2-14 nights, arriving between March 1st and October 31st, and you'll receive an exclusive beach gear credit! Would absolutely stay here again! The master bed was so comfy and the location to the beach is ideal. Just a path through the sand and you’re there! I love that there are only four units in this building so it’s really easy to go back and forth without the headache.

Family vacation

The condo was in a great location and we could look out the balcony at the ocean. A short walk to the beach and a few blocks further to the shops and pier downtown. We cooked most of our meals at the home and had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great place--will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and intend to visit again! The place itself was clean and exactly what we needed for our family of four. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of the pier and all the restaurants there and also a walk, just a little further, to the restaurants near the King and Prince resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We loved Emily's Beach House! It's in a perfect location so we could walk into the village and also walk right to the beach. We loved the decor in the condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We loved sitting out on the porch listening to the waves in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely return for more visits.

Perfect Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emily's Cottage! It is comfortable and cozy. Among the many features that we liked was the walk-in shower. We had a lovely view of the ocean from the living room and the balcony. And it is literally 74 steps from the ocean. Our Oglethorpe neighbors were friendly and quiet. And it is an easy walk to The Village.

The Beach
