Enjoy the side patio with a gas grill and table seating for six while entertaining outdoors, or enjoy your privacy in the secluded, fully fenced-in back yard with its extensive professional landscaping including Olive trees, palms and ferns.

Play a round of golf at the Sea Palms golf course, also less than a mile away. Drive down Frederica Road with its' beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss canopy on your way to the beach (approximately 4 miles away). • There are 4 Smart TV's in the home.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
