Just 5 minutes down the road is Gascoigne Bluff Park along the Frederica River with lots of shade from the beautiful live oaks for dog walking, a bamboo garden, pier for fishing and crabbing and disc golf. Be sure to read the historical markers to learn how the St. Simons live oaks were used to build the USS Constitution.
In between sight-seeing, take a dip in the pool that is steps from the front door (May-Oct), cook-out on the gas grill on the enclosed private back deck or whip up your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. The back deck also includes a dining area and cold-water shower to rinse off. You can start your day by sipping tea, local coffee or a cup from the Keurig while smelling the salty air from the deck and lounging in your PJ's.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a brand new extra comfortable king bed, 42 in TV, vanity with sink, black-out curtains and its own private back deck...the perfect spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset and stargazing after dark. The 2nd upstairs bedroom has a new queen bed, 42 in TV, private vanity with sink, black-out curtains and a view of the community pool. The new living room couch (downstairs) pulls out to a queen bed, so with room to sleep 6 comfortably, the Peaceful Paradise is ideal for families, girls or guy trips and couples.
When you need to escape the rain, family games, books, playing cards and coloring books are included. To make your beach days easier, beach towels, backpack beach chairs, a beach tent and beach toys are provided. There is also a pack'n'play, baby gate and baby bumpo seat with a tray for your convenience and a yoga mat if needed in the downstairs closet.

Please note that the pool is managed by a 3rd party and could be closed for unforeseen circumstances or reasons out of our control like cleaning or maintenance during the summer season. The pool being temporarily closed will not be grounds for refunds. Please note the HOA does not allow boats, trailers or recreational vehicles to be parked in the community.
There are 2 outside security cameras for guest safety overlooking the front parking area/condo complex and behind the back deck and fence into the wooded common area.
Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property. Failure to comply with house rules, including but not limited to unauthorized guests, smoking, or unapproved pets, etc., will result in loss of the security deposit and additional charges if damages exceed the deposit amount.
