The best view in st Simon’s!

This is our favorite house on st Simon’s! Even when you are inside you feel like you are on the beach because of the incredible views from the entire house!

Amazing Stay

We had an awesome New Year’s trip to St Simon’s, and this house was the perfect place to stay. Right on the water on East Beach. Pool was heated and very usable despite the season.

Nice place

95% of everything here was perfect. Including location, comfort and amenities. The washer was broke and not replaced until next to last day of our stay which was inconvenient and one of the sliding glass doors was completely busted and never replaced. All in all it was a great place for family. A few touch ups would make it perfect.

We found the interior of the house to be very comfortable and well-furnished (kitchen included). The views from each bedroom and the deck/pool area are outstanding for watching the tides change, and for the beautiful sunrises each morning. We had a couple of issues arise, but the Lighthouse team was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. The upstairs AC went out on our last night, and they sent a repairman out within an hour to fix it, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. While not even close to a deal breaker, the deck area furnishings were a little sparse, it would be a nice touch to add additional seating and maybe a larger table so that meals could be enjoyed outside with a larger group. I would easily rate our stay as a 10 out of 10 for ease of check-in, location, quick response times from host, and price. We look forward to coming back again next year!
