Perfect location on East Beach - close to best access on 11th Street. A nice pool with privacy backyard.

Quiet and close

This property was so charming! Check-in was a breeze and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfy. You can’t beat the closeness of the beach - a short walk around the corner to the access path. While the pool was a bit too cool for my blood (it was only April after all), we still enjoyed relaxing in the lounge chairs soaking in the sunshine. We appreciated the bicycles made available to explore a bit of the island. We would book this property again!

A great place at a great East Beach location.

We liked this home very much. Nice bedding, furniture, decor, and yard. Beautiful beach right around the corner. Only problem was the heat system couldn't keep up with the unusually frigid temperatures. The first time they got a technician there promptly. The second time was on a Sunday, and when they could not get a technician promptly, they moved us to a new home which was a real upgrade. Lighthouse really did their best to solve the problem. Our only other issue was that the dishes were not very clean - maybe need a new dishwasher?

Great beach spot

This is a great house! Super convenient to get to a great spot on the beach. Lovely little pool to cool down with in the afternoons. No complaints on our end.

Older home with modern upgrades. Clean and roomy; perfect bedroom layouts for adults with kids. Background has nice pool and outdoor furniture is colorful comfortable and in good condition. Beach access is a short walk.

Great East Beach family vacation property

Fantastic house to relax as a family in East Beach, incredibly close to beach access. Plenty of room for a family of 6 to spread out when desired, while offering great spaces to hang out together both inside and out. The backyard is an oasis with a beautiful pool, as well as places to lounge, play games and eat together. Property includes bikes, as well as boogie & surf boards to enjoy outdoors without having to transport your own from home or deal with finding rentals during busy season. Loved our stay here, made that much more special as we’d not gotten away together to SSI for 2 years due to the pandemic. Highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving at Mega-Sea

We really enjoyed our Lega-Sea stay over thanksgiving. Great location, plenty of room, well equipped, clean, great poll and yard. and very quiet street so the kids could ride bikes without worrying about card. We would stay again for sure. Only complaint is the musty smell on the ground level, but that is to be expected in a beach house so close to the beach, and after 2 recent hurricanes.

Family trip

The house was in a great location and the rental company did everything we asked when we needed things. The house had a few maintenance issues. It was a great house for families with kids and so close to the beach.
