Gorgeous, spacious and the perfect house for our vacation. We especially loved the screened in porch area for dining and lounging. The pool was really nice too!

Birthday stay

Me and my twin with our families spent our 60th birthday here and it was wonderful. Short walk to the beach, pool in the afternoon. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean I hope that one day get back here it is a place everyone should try to stay at least once if not more but if I tell you that and now when I go to book it it will probably be full

Perfect Location!

One of our favorite things about this fantastic home is it’s just steps away from the sandy beaches of Gould Inlet. The location on East Beach doesn’t get much better than this! The house is lovely and well decorated. And we appreciated the extra beach towels and the nice loungers surrounding the pool and spa. We can’t wait to rebook!

Great location. Close to ocean. Pool area very nice.

Common living area very nice! Screened porch very nice overlooking pool. Master bedroom is an A+. Other bedrooms are nice enough with one not being good in bathroom space. Price is too high I think for a week though in my opinion.

Great family vacation house!

We stayed at the property with family, and it was so nice that the rooms all had lots of space with multiple bathrooms. There was some dog hair in the home when we checked in, but it was contained to one spot on the floor and did not bother us- just the reason for 4/5 cleanliness. We did pay for pool heating, and the hot tub never warmed up to be hot, but it was still comfortable.

great houes with NO WIFI

The house is beautiful. 3 houses from the beach. very pretty and beachy feel.However.... None of the TVs worked when we checked in. There were no remotes for the downstairs bedroom tvs. The WIFI did not work on the first day. I think Maintenance was out at the house for 3 hours the first day. They came back several times the next few days again to deal with WIFI and TV issues. I had to go to other locations to attend my zoom meetings for wokr because the WIFI kept disconnecting at the house. It is definitely not stable. So if you need WIFI this is not the house for you. There are 2 large brick stair cases in the driveway to walk up to get into the front door - very hard on the knees and not suitable for elderly people. The pool is great. Hot tub was cold. There is absolutely no grass in the back yard so if you have dogs they will have to pee/poop in the large weeds and bushes growing back there. There was also a hige fire ant problem in the backyard. The Sprinklers seemed to run from 6 - 8am and then on and off all day so letting the dogs out into the backyard to go to the bathroom during these times did not work - we had to walk them. Most of the cups in the kitchen were plastic and they smelled. No wine glasses. no champage glasses. Very limited kichenware. We had to have maintenance bring us a coffee pot. Showers were impossible to figure out. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. Bones of the House was nice everything else needs work.

Very nice house located 1/2 block from the beach so very easy to get to. Quiet area in the East beach area as compared to the southern part of the island. House was very clean. Master BR on the Main (upper) level and 3 BRs on the lower level each with their own ensuite bathroom. Also a room on main level with bunk beds. Pool is nice although we didn’t t use it much. Loved the screened in porch (no bugs).
