Welcome to The Ranch SSI! Here you will experience a beautifully redesigned home with a clean, modern style, located in the heart of St. Simons Island. The Ranch SSI is located in the Island Retreat area of the island only a few blocks away from Mallery Park and the St. Simons Pier and Village area with local shops and restaurants, as well as one of the oldest lighthouses in Georgia. The Ranch SSI is just a quick 3 minute drive (rent a golfcart for the ultimate island experience) to the beaches and our favorite coffee shop-- Wake Up Coffee Company! The Ranch SSI's location is only topped by its cozy coastal style.

Kitchen: the kitchen was designed around a huge window overlooking the back yard to bring the sunshine inside and create an inviting hub for gathering. The kitchen features a large waterfall island with four stools, and is fully stocked with new kitchen appliances and everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen is part of an open floor plan and is connected to the living and dining areas.

Living and Dining Areas: Living area features two full sized sofas, built-in storage, and a large TV for movie nights. Natural light goes along with clean, neutral colors and comfy, modern furniture to create a relaxing place to retreat. The dining area is centrally located in the home and features a fireplace with an extra long table for family meals, card games and a gallery wall of old photos of the golden isles.

Sunroom/Porch: Walk through the archways into the sunroom/porch with a Southern haint blue ceiling and a large lounging sectional. The sectional can act as 2 twin beds for sleeping an additional 2 people. Opposite the sectional is a full sized ping-pong table for extra fun! The back door of the sunroom/porch leads to the back yard and a small inviting deck area.

Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms feature clean white bedding on custom designed beds, with extra sheets and pillows if needed. Each bedroom has a tv and a closet for storage.

Bathrooms: Both are freshly renovated with a unique modern design and gold hardware. Each is stocked with an abundance of soft white towels and include hair dryers and makeup towels for your convenience.
Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway and serves bedrooms 1 and 2. Features a combination tub and shower.
Bathroom 2: Connected to Bedroom 3 and features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a toilet nook. Also includes a stack washer and dryer for laundry needs.

Kid-friendly: Traveling with kids is something we do often so we've included children's dishes and silverware, a booster style high-chair, a pack-n-play, and an assortment of card/board games for your convenience. (Please bring your own sheets for the pack-n-play.)

Beach Gear: 4 beach chairs, beach towels and a bag of beach toys are included for your convenience.
