Off the kitchen you'll find the dining room that leads to a large living room with cathedral ceilings, perfect for entertaining friends and family. The master suite offers a king size bed, plenty of natural light and a completely-renovated en suite bathroom. This master bath boasts a soaking tub, shower with regular and rainfall shower heads and a laundry room.
Follow the open staircase to the top level that contains two additional guest bedrooms with private baths. The “Big Sur” room offers a queen bed with two closets, a desk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The “Rowing Room” offers two twin beds with two closets, a desk and full bathroom with shower/tub combo as well.

Parking: Can fit 5 cars. There is a 2 car garage but one side is blocked off, with space for 4 additional vehicles in the driveway.
10'x16' Pool: Can be heated during the colder months for $100/day.
Beach: Located a couple blocks from the pier, which is a tide contingent beach. King & Prince Beach is only 1.6 miles away!
