Charming house

Nice charming house on a quiet street. Beautifully decorated. Very nice master bed/bath. Very close to the beach, although beware that the walk over the 12th street sand dunes is challenging with a beach wagon. Only one negative - the hot water was unpredictable. Probably not a big deal for adults but we were nervous about scalding our infant. Overall would absolutely recommend!

My new favorite piece of paradise!

My family and I were overjoyed by how we were welcomed in this beautiful home. The lights were turned on in the living room. The home was nice and cool — and spotless! It was perfect for two teens, my husband and small dog. The location of the house was ideal for the views of the marsh and walking distance to the beach. We will return again.

Last Minute Getaway

We booked last minute for an end of summer getaway for our family of four. The property was clean and well equipped for our family. Most importantly, the AC worked well on days when the temps were bumping 100. Highly recommend the property!

East Beach Gen

This is the perfect little house in the perfect neighbourhood. Close to the beach, not far from shooed and restaurants and a quiet beautiful area of the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect House

We had a wonderful time! This was the perfect house for my family! It was super clean and very close to the beach. My kids loved the pool. We are already wanting to plan another trip to SSI and stay in this house!

Cute and Comfortable

Property is very clean, very nicely appointed, and very modern. So modern in fact, that if you want to have good ol' fashion live TV to watch live, local news, &/or live sporting events, would suggest you plan on watching "the game" at local sports bar. With Roku streaming and other apps the only access to TV, that was somewhat disappointing. But hey, we'd rather be laying out by the pool versus watching TV - at least, until college football season arrives. Beds are very comfortable; linens are premium; and, they even provide plenty of thick beach towels for the pool &/or beach - which, by the way, is easy walking distance - about 1/4 mile. We love East Beach, and we'd definitely stay at this property again. One note of warning - there is no "dining table" or area to seat more than 4 adults. The small, round cafe or breakfast table is no place to serve a dinner that you've just cooked up on the grill or boiled up in the shrimp/crab pot.
