St Simons Oceanfront Condominium
- Hodnett Cooper is excited to present this beautifully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. #413 also offers a wall safe in the Master closet.
Beach Club 413 is beautiful! showers, doors, sinks, tile & carpet, etc. Designer furnishings and appointments throughout include granite counters in the kitchen and baths, plantation shutters, and much more. Beach Club 413 offers a gorgeous courtyard and ocean view and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Lack Of Communication
Very nice property. View of the ocean was beautiful. Lost power at 4:00 a.m. only 1 bathroom was usable. Contacted the property manager at 7:00 a.m. and was told someone would be by at 9. At 9:20 a.m. I called back and they said the power would be back on at 11. Still stuck inside waiting. No update given and at noon I called back again and asked if they could at least keep me updated. Elevators were not working, only the center building one was working. Power wasn't restored until after 4:00 p.m. We also lost all the contents of our refrigerator too.
Very disappointed at the lack of information being sent to us and pretty much lost a day of being able to use condo.
