Totally Renovated Coastal Condo in Ocean Walk, Unit T-2

This 2nd floor condo (no elevator) was recently remodeled with all new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and furnishings. King bed with memory foam mattress, new linens and totally equipped kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but the complex has 2 laundry facilities nearby. Located in a quiet corner of the complex, the covered balcony is a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors. Condo is equipped with WIFI and new 2 flat screened TVs
The Ocean Walk complex offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, Clubhouse with workout room, business office and laundry facility. The setting is enhanced by a lovely small lake with a variety of ducks and turtles. There are walking paths throughout the complex. Easy stroll to the pier village with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. This condo has received great reviews from previous guests when it was hosted by a property management company. I take personal interest in the condo. Cleanliness is very important to me as I'm sure it is to you.

AWESOME property!!

Like new, roomy condo! They truly thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay enjoyable (except maybe the 95 degree temps and “feels like” temps of 114!!). Great A/C kept us comfortable!, however!! EXTREMELY CLEAN!! We have NO COMPLAINTS!!

Beautiful condo

This condo is one of the nicest that we’ve stayed in. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, quiet location in the complex. Close to the tennis/pickle ball courts. Joan was very easy to contact and wonderful to talk to. We already have next vacation booked Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was nice and looked at pictured. Very quiet and in a great location. The pools were nice and well maintained. Located close the the pier, shops, dining and the beach.

Lovely Condo in St.Simons Island

Centrally located the second floor condo has all you may need. It was clean a comfortable. East Beach is a bit over a Mike away and the town center with its baby shops and restaurants is close by and walkable.If you like seafood and especially local shrimp you will love it here.

This was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay while exploring St. Simons Island...which is a lovely, lovely spot. The instructions and tips were quite clear. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great winter respite

We had a delightful four night stay and plan to go back longer next time. The condo is beautifully furnished and completely stocked with whatever you need to cook. The neighborhood is very well maintained and so convenient to The Pier, parks and restaurants. We loved that we could take our dog and he made lots of new friends! A great experience all around!

Better than Listing

This was probably one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in with zero complaints! It was more beautiful than the listing. Bed was super comfortable! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Property was super close to everything we wanted and needed. Will definitely stay again if we visit the area. Visit Chubs if you are in the area and Moo Cow!

Ocean Walk at St-Simons

We discovered St-Simons for the first time in April 2024 and rented Joan’s condo based on the pictures and reviews of the property. All of which were bang on and accurate. We needed a place that was dog friendly and it didn’t disappoint.We were so impressed that we booked it again this year for 3 weeks and rebooked for 4 weeks in 2026.Ocean Walk is a clean and meticulously maintained complex located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the Pier village (12-15 minutes).Joan is a fantastic host who is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. Should you decide to stay at this property you will no be disappointed.

Had a great stay at Ocean Walk! Condo was very clean and well appointed. Communication with owner was timely and clear. Appreciated the pickleball courts, heated pool. My only recommendation is that if you plan on cooking meals, bring spices, plastic containers, aluminum foil.

Peaceful.

The property is in a large townhouse campus with 2 nice pools, tennis and pickleball courts and a lot of open space to enjoy the crazy ducks on the little lake. The unit itself was just perfect. Very clean and more than enough basic supplies and kitchen items. Easy walkability to the Pier shopping area. There are a couple of nice parks to enjoy. We hope to return soon!

This lovely condo is in a quiet community, conveniently located near East Beach and the Pier Village. Booking, check-in, and check-out were seamless, and the rate was very reasonable. Look forward to next time!
