Welcome to Ocean Walk H-14!

Beautifully updated two bedroom, two bath upstairs condominium in picturesque Ocean Walk Community. Features of this unit include flat screen TV in the spacious living room, quiet patio, full size washer and dryer and all the amenities that Ocean Walk has to offer! The kitchen has had some nice updates along with new flooring. Adorable dinner table that seats four comfortably. The Master bedroom features a King bed with en-suite bath featuring tub/shower combination. The guest room has a set of twin beds.

So much to do, fish in the lake or feed the ducks. Play basketball, or swing at the playground, or have a good work out in the exercise room that over looks the lake. Ocean Walk is a short walk to the pier where crabbing is always fun. Build sand castles or fly kites at the beach. You can ride bikes over the entire Island. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, Beach and Pier.

Ocean Walk is a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on site include two pools (one of which is heated yearly from September through April), a fitness canter, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access.

Ocean Walk H-14 is an upstairs unit. There are no elevators at Ocean Walk.

This property is equipped with a door security camera.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
• Sorry, but NO pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
• .9 miles to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The property was outdated & not nearly as nice as other places we’ve stayed in the area for similar cost. The TV’s are hard to figure out (teenagers were unable to figure the tv out in the 2nd bedroom). The vent in the main bathroom barely works, causing mold in the bathroom & on the ceiling of the 2nd bedroom across the hall. I don’t recommend this rental.

Needs some updates. The sliding door was hard to open. Track is worn out. Outside plug does not work. Needed outside hose to rinse off sand on chairs and sand shoes before entering the condo. Like I said the location was great and the grounds were nice.

Perfect condo!

Wonderfully kept quiet condo, perfect location with great amenities. Decor was great, kitchen, and linens were well stocked for all of our needs all the appliance were in perfect working order! Had an umbrella and a cooler to use which was very helpful! .Great view of the pond and water feature, great location to the pools and clubhouse . The only complaint were the mattresses were not that comfortable and very squeaky.
