「Convenient to beach access and restaurants. We enjoyed the community pool to ourselves one afternoon! Unit was dated as mentioned by others, but clean and spacious. Stocked well with towels, detergent, toilet paper, etc. Air units noisy but the cicadas outside drowned out a lot! Would stay again for space, location and price. 「Very well appointed beach view property close to Charleston. The property is exactly as listed on line. Both the deck and the porch were wonderful to sit on when not at the beach. A very short walk to the beach which was beautiful and not at all crowded this time of year. Check in/out was very easy and the home was spotless upon our arrival. Would highly recommend.」

「The condo was spacious and in an ideal location. My travel partner and I loved how large the place was. The 3 bedroom layout is suitable for two couples and a few kids. The balcony overlooks an inlet, where we enjoyed seeing egrets fishing and the tide come in and out. The location is perfect- It's just before the bridge leading to Folly Island. 「When we arrived at check-in time, it was apparent that the cleaners had not yet been there. A call to the manager/owner remedied the situation right away. The cleaners showed up while we sat on the back porch and relaxed. So we were not too inconvenienced. She did refund 1/2 of the cleaning fee. For the situation, she did very well in making it right for us.」
