Why Book with Sunswept Property Management?
*The simple answer:
*My passion for travel has taught me that exceptional experiences are often found in the details. This is at the heart of what I do. I know your vacation time is precious, and my goal is to make your stay as seamless, relaxing, and memorable as possible. From thoughtful touches to exceptional service, I’m here to help you feel right at home while enjoying every moment of your getaway.
*The detailed answer:
*Each property undergoes a multi-point inspection prior to your arrival to catch any issues, so everything is ready for you.
*Full-service concierge included in all reservations – we can help you plan boat charters, fishing exursions, snorkeling tours, grocery deliveries and mid-stay housekeeping services. Just ask!
*Every property is stocked with the basics to alleviate small needs
*We are available to you 24/7 for any maintenance issues, questions or emergencies that may pop up
*We’ve been doing vacation rental management in St. Thomas for 15 years and have an excellent reputation and fantastic reviews from previous guests.
* Traveling with a larger group? We’ve got you covered! With a variety of properties throughout our portfolio, we can often accommodate larger groups by placing everyone in nearby properites—so you can enjoy your own space while still staying close together.
Other things to note:
*Distances shown on booking platforms are generated automatically using map coordinates and do not reflect local terrain. St. Thomas roads are steep, winding, and often do not have sidewalks. For safety reasons, most locations on island are not walkable. We strongly recommend renting a vehicle for your stay.
*Hurricane Season is July – October, we strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a storm
