Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.
Any additional Guest services fees and taxes are subject to change and will be the responsibility of the renter.
