Scott Beach Condos #8

New luxury apartment/villas, East End.
Located on the east end of the island at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. Close to the Grocery store, Red Hook and ferry terminal.

The guest will have over 1,500 square feet of space. Sleep 6, Located at Scott Beach by Compass Point two minutes walk to the beach. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, close to Red Hook. Air condition, built in Electric Microwave & Oven, Induction cook top, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Dish Network TV' Wifi. This property also have a large back-up generator so the house is never out of power (House is fully powered 24/7). Off-street parking, fully furnished. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbor hood.

Guest access.......
You will have access to the entire unit. You can do your laundry, watch your favorite TV show or sports on any of the three 60" flat screen HDTV. You can cook your own meals, eat out or sit back after a long beach day have a glass of wine and do some grilling.

Neighborhood overview.......
The property is located on a private street away from the main highway so there is no traffic noise, every safe and friendly neighborhood, there are 4 houses on my street and I owned two of them, I live in the on across the street so I am always available if my guest need me. It is close to the water only 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Getting around......
You can get a taxi to anywhere you need to go on the island but it will be very pricey, I highly recommend renting a car so you can go wherever you want and when you want. We have a family owned rental car business and we offer our guest up to 15% discount on rental cars. Guest can also take our cars to St John on the car barge from Red Hook to visit and explore the beaches and parks in St John.

Other things to note.......
We also have a 125KW automatic generator which is necessary in the Virgin Islands. If you rent a place without a generator and the power goes out you will not have Running Water, Wifi, Toilets, Ceiling Fans, TV, Showers, etc....

Dexter is a fantastic host. Check in was easy and he's very responsive. There is a small private beach within a few minutes walk but you'll need a car if you want to have a real beach day, there's plenty nearby. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and expected.

St. Thomas stay at Hector's Place

The property was more than what I had expected. Nice & cozy, the different phrase posted around were hilarious. Each morning, I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the island. OMG the roasters were my wakeup call but overall, I would most definitely stay again. Hector was just great, always available. The car rental was a plus for me.

We needed the sun, and the sand of this charming island.

Dexter and crew did an amazing job communicating with us prior, during and after our visit. The condo is immaculate and very roomy for two couples to co-exist. Dexter was a great host. The condo is well equipped. We cooked every night and found sufficient pots, pans and tools to get the job done. Parking is a problem on St. Thomas, but not a problem for guests at the condo.

Great Place to Stay

We booked Scott Beach Condo #8 for two adult couples. Both bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuites, and are almost identical. Only difference is one has access to the back deck. This condo had everything we needed to have a great time while in St. Thomas. Comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms, lots of extra towels, great kitchen with everything needed to cook, beach chairs & towels, snorkeling equipment, and coolers. Gas grill was down by the pool. Pool was great. Had a problem with our toaster and we had a brand new one an hour later. Location was great. Not far from Red Hook. Great restaurants and the best beaches. The owner gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and beaches. We are definitely planning on staying here again!

Perfect Family Reunion

Would highly recommend this property. The property manager was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The property is located 3 minutes from Red Hook, 3 minutes from Secret Harbor. About 15 min from Coki Beach. Loved every minute. the condo was absolutely immaculate and had every amenity. We were very happy with our stay!

Our stay at Scott Condos was absolutely perfect! The property offered stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. Its convenient location made it easy to explore the island, and the place itself was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The service and response times were exceptional— Dexter handled every question or request promptly and professionally. A highlight of our trip was exploring in the Jeep we rented from Dexter. We picked it up and dropped it off at the airport and loved having the top pulled back! We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

The condo was newly renovated, nice and clean, very convenient and well equipped. We appreciated the beach gear and towels, the AC, nice pool, and easy parking. Recent stay

The property was close to Red Hook and several of the beautiful beaches we visited. The condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. Great for two couples with both bedrooms having a king bed and a private bathroom. We even took advantage of the pool out back. The host, Dexter made us feel welcome!

Slice of Paradise!

The Scott Beach house Villa is a slice of paradise! Beautiful private view and very comfortable. The owner Dexter is very accommodating. We also rent a brand new Jeep Wrangler and it was waiting for us for us at the airport. [Dexter has the best selection of sporty jeeps] I'd give it a 12 on a 1-10 scale! Just as advertised - Awesome!

Dexter was great to deal with and very responsive when/if needed. The view off of the back was fabulous and the condo was immaculate. We did not get to make it to the pool but it looked very nice. Great time and will stay again! We also utilized his rental car service and that too was seamless. They met us at the airport and off we went. Upon our return, they had someone meet us at the airport to pick up vehicle and that worked out great. The Jeep was top notch and worked out great for getting around the island. Highly recommended!
