Not a 24/7 service, if you are late for your check in, you are in trouble, i was at 10 pm at the hotel they were closed had to look around for another hotel, waste of time and money do not recommend

Starz hotel is noisy because the Starz hotel is located close to bar and most off people are drunk. Starz hotel doesn’t have safe parking and if you park here it’s very risky. Room doesn’t have a refrigerator. The room’s door wasn’t locked. Starz hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Poor to nothing front desk service, not even call a taxi for you, asked for a hair dryer, hot water, all answers were no…… it is supposed to be a non smoking facility but the smell told us something totally different. No room service in 2 days Location is close to downtown but area isn’t nice specially at night. Description is not accurate.

The taxi charged us way too much that the hotel recommended! Make sure you know what the cost will be before agreeing! Neat little spot a lot of steps so be prepared

Sink was broken, toilet didn't flush with toilet paper in it we had to put toilet paper in trash can next to toilet. Hotel provided no wash clothes. Room didn't have a mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker. Hotel also took $50 of my $100 deposit due to a stain on the pillow case from my scarf.
