“Lovely place to stay in Lecce we had the room with the patio which had comfortable furniture and was a good outdoor space. The room had essential amenities that we needed and it was cleaned daily. About a 15 minute walk into the centre.”

“One of our two rooms had a large whole in the bed sheets, the cover for the mattress was blood stained. The BnB owner refused to allow us to use the ac and our room never got below 26C but was 29 C when we arrived. I had to open the windows to try to get some relief from the heat and we were infested with mosquitoes. Our room (unit 1) had a spacious bath but no way to keep water off the floor and so we had to use our towels to keep from slipping or braking any bones from falling. Great location……

“The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one……

“I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!”
