“The house was clean and awesome. It was surprisingly kid friendly with a step stool there. We brought our own pack n play but it looked like they had a pack n play and high chair there too. We loved that we could walk to the children’s museum. Our son got excited to see it each time we drove by it. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again we would definitely reach out to see if this rental is available again.”

“We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,……

“Overall, this was a perfect place for our extended weekend stay. The kitchen was well stocked, though we did not use it much because of the easy access to great food at The Pit Room! We would recommend investing in new mattresses or toppers- as they were quite hard and uncomfortable for both my husband and myself.”

“This house has a ton of potential. The yard needs some work, the jacuzzi needs some work, the house needs some work. That said, there are lots of cute little Instagram moments and it is really close to downtown. Parking is easy, although the ditch across the yard made me nervous. NO BUGS, which amazed me, Houston being itself and all. Stackable washer and dryer made our stay much easier,and tgere are plenty of beds for taller people.”

“My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern.
