The 24hr reception was able to fix it the second day. The kitchen was well equipped with 4pots and knives were actually sharp! 5min walk to Gloucester station. Two nearby supermarkets to stock up! ”

“Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore……
