「Excellent but a bit far away from the train station up the hill」

「Really nice hotel! Great well thought out rooms. Plenty of quiet places in the lobby to sit/meet. Would certainly return!」

「Clean room and good staff」

「Very good location and nice hotle 」

「Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room.」

「沙發床過於老舊，睡不好。塌塌的太軟 咖啡吧台設計過於太高。手吊著，不好使」

「Good service! Although we arrived Zürich at noon, it was forward our schedule, as we had a raining day in Zermatt. We had a early check in, very thankful for the kindness.」

「What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.」

「櫃檯職員親切的，而已快捷的提供入住登記。適逢有特別活動，讓小朋友自行填寫登記入住資料可免費享用雪糕，小朋友很開心。」

「Rooms facing the main square are very noisy at night due to restaurants and bars there. The room is really small but functional. Staff is accommodating and moved us to a room away from the main square though much smaller」
