“It’s the perfect place to go for a weekend or weeklong stay and be as isolated as social as you want. The towns nearby are fantastic. Will definitely be back a lot ”

“Our room was on the lake and had a nice deck where we could relax with a beer purchased (very cheap!) from the front reception area. Also the Indian restaurant was excellent with ample portions. And because it's in MA, everything was ADA accessible which made it feel inclusive to all. Some guest had their dogs with them but the place was very clean even with pets. ”

“We enjoyed staying at the Whitlock. There are not a lot of bells and whistles, just an elegant, traditional inn, within the village of Lenox. It's very walkable, quiet, and charming.”

“This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel.”

“The hotel is about 15 minutes drive to UMass which is acceptable. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only thing to mention is the AC - heat was not working well and stop automatically after 10 minutes run. The front desk was kind and the overall experience was fine and we will consider to be back if we visit UMass again.”

“Problems!! 1- No working Microwave in our room, one there was broken, replaced and that one didn't work either! There should be one in each room for customers convenience! 2- workout machines out of date and a Hazardous for people to use them! 3- NO sign put up to say filter in pool broken and don't swim in it! 4- pool house bathrooms need a door lock on them for privacy when showering and dressing! 5- Lockers don't close properly for lock use! 6- No small chair or table in bathroom of pool……

“The staff was wonderful. The suite had everything that we needed and felt like home. I was there for a hiking trip and location was convenient and loved being able to relax in a jacuzzi afterwards. ”
