"Classy Hotel"

"The room service ordering was not user friendly. I had to call the front desk twice to figure out. Had to click on the food picture - that was not clear. And the person at the front desk seemed to be annoyed with me which made even more frustrating."

"Room and hotel was clean, bed comfortable. It was nice to have a makeup mirror. On the first morning the breakfast was terrible, hardly any food and only instant coffee, however on 2nd day everything was good, so I don't know what happened the first day. When I checked in there were no washclothes in the room. I asked the front desk if house keeping could deliver some however I never got any until the 2nd day when housekeeping did the morning clean."

"Good basic hotel. Dinning room is nonexistent. We ate diner in the bar. Very limited meal. Service was good. "

"The apartment was beautiful and the location was excellent close to restaurants and shopping. I felt very safe in this area. The host communicated very well to help navigate check in process and recommendations for dinner "

"Great hotel. I did not have a chance to visit the gym or the pool/hot tub but overall experience was very nice. I did notice a large wet spot in my room near the bathroom and the shower was a walk in with only a half fixed glass and the other half open. The open half did not keep the water from splattering over the floor. Poos design for a shower. Also, when I picked up my car from the valet the driver's side window was wide open and it felt like they left the window open all night. Very glad nothing valuable was in the car. "
