“Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. “My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.”

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. “This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. "As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five.
The facility is too old to use.
To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times.
The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill.
The drain of the tub is only half-working.
When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued.
AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts.
Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30.
Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up.
Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!!
By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
