“ Not fancy kind ,of old school. Very clean wonderful mattress, cold air. Very impressive for the looks of outside not a dump its a strip motel i stayed on back side from office quiet. Cheap and convenient ”

“The place was immaculate! The sheets smelled so clean and when we wiped something up from the floor there was no dirt! Very easy to check in and peaceful sitting on the porches.”

“We called when we got there and refused to stay because of the beetles.”

“When I walked in the door I realized I would not be staying in this camper. It smelled heavily of cigarettes. I looked in the shower and it had standing water with insects floating in it. The couch was covered with animal hair and had burned places on it. Opened up a kitchen cabinet and roaches ran out from a bag of potatoes. The freezer was covered in mildew and heavily frost buildup. I did NOT stay there. Informed owner and he said cleaning lady must have not cleaned it. No refund was sent……

“Can't say enough good things about this host. No matter what happens, they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The cabin was clean, lots of little snacks and goodies, the listing was accurate. No issues. Happy I stayed here, and I would stay here again. Try the Dale Hollow 1 Stop BBQ, get the mayo slaw and ribs. Also head into KY for the Big South Fork Scenic Railway if you like trains. The drive alone is beautiful in the fall.”

“We had a great time getting away from the daily stresses of life. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Enjoyed the trails and hot tub. Bed was cozy. I love chickens and was tickled with the farm fresh eggs left in our cabin for breakfast! We are already planning to return!”

“This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Parking can be a bit challenging with 2 (20’+) boats but doable. Also had outside electrical outlets for charging batteries. We had everything we needed and were very pleased with the accommodations .”

“This little property was perfect for is to stay at. We came down to turkey hunt and found this property just 20 minutes away from the hunting lease. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Also, the grandson enjoyed the snacks provided. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day ahead of schedule due to our guide changing ourhunting location.”

“My family of three stayed in this cabin for a week to visit family. It was just like the pictures showed. Very clean, small but not uncomfortable. I will say the king sized bed is not really a bed. It is a 3 or 4 inch memory foam topper for a king sized bed in the loft. No problem for kids but a little too thin to be comfortable for most adults. Also, we needed to bring our own sheets which could be a problem if you don't already have the sizes needed here. Lots of chairs for sitting around……
