“Our family (4 generations plus dogs) stayed for four nights over new year’s weekend. The owners accommodated us at the last minute when our other rental fell through. They were so responsive and helpful, even provided a pack and play for our 1 year old granddaughter. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed with kitchen equipment and supplies. Being walking distance to Bridgton village was a plus, yet at the same time, the home felt private and the neighborhood was quiet.……

“When Dave and I first got there, it seemed so big. The following day my son and his wife and my grandson arrived. The home came alive and they loved it. My son use to have a home just like it. Cornish is so close and we went back and forth for dinner and my grandson made a donut run Sunday morning at Dunking Donuts. It was close to our family reunion so it worked well for us. “The second time I have rented this property. Not as clean this time but fully equipped. The whole outside including chairs could use a good power wash. A bat was found in a corner of downstairs bedroom. CO2 monitor went off 3 times once at 5:30AM. I assume after calling the number it was serviced as it never went off again although no follow up call or note was left that it had been serviced?”
