「This hotel has every thing you need and imaging Alexandria would be. From the amazing view and the incredible hospitality to the month watering food and drinks. The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandria. There a really good shopping mall attached to it with some of the best local brands and restaurants. Althought itis expensive but this is by far the best hotel in Alexandria.」

「The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. 「We had a lovely stay at Rixos (Nariman). Room(Park view) are spacious and excellent, room service are really good, thanks to Ahmed Said. Breakfast buffet is outstanding we had hours at King Fouad and staff there are amazing, thanks to Mohammed Hassan. Would come back again!」

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. Packed my things and left the hotel the morning after. Contacted hotels,com to complain,and now the person says i was the one making advances. Unbelievable, i guess as a woman i...
