「Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to go to Cavendish beach and cliffs as well as any other Cavendish sites! We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves in the evening. There is a Tim Hortons/ gas station in front and a shaved ice spot right beside as well. Only drawbacks in my opinion is the laundry is very far, it is located on the property for the cottages so if you’re in the main hotel it’s a bit of a trek with your basket of clothes. 「Great place to stay」

「Pictures in the ad may be of some updated cabins but definitely not the one we were in. Those pictures influenced my decision to stay there. Cabin I was in is outdated, not decorated really with old overgrown bush next to deck that had a ramp only - deck was small. Pool was 71 but a beautiful pool and surround, playground great. Quiet clean place just not high end enough for the money.」

「The property was close to the beach and sightseeing spots, only a few minutes of drive away. The ocean was visible from afar on clear days. The cottage was adequately equipped, with toiletries, dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a dishwasher. There wasn't much space to stove away or hang our clothes in though. A few extra hooks would be nice. Also, not much of recycling happening.」

「The cottages are in a great location and are very cute. The kids loved the playground a pool. The pool desperately needs a new liner as it is sagging and not attached to the pool, however the water was clean and very refreshing. I had to clean the shower stall as it was pretty dirty. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed, I think the previous occupants had only rinsed them and put them away making it look like they were clean. 「The check in process was smooth . We had some issues finding the key box but figured it out ultimately . The cottage was clean ,had every amenity we wanted and even had a extra pack and play and a sofa bed . TV had Netflix etc . Staples all present in the kitchen . Nice big place . 「Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink. 「Overall it was a good stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Having fresh towels frequently was nice. The pool is lovely and a great location. It was full all the time. The place is old and worn though and needs some upgrades. Painting and repairs would improve things. The room was clean,but washroom needs repairs and remodeling. A proper rooftop would be good as the one there was very slow.」
