"Front desk gave us no information at check-in regarding parking or anything else….just handed me a key and looked at me. All the info was in the key folder, but that felt a bit weird. Room was very nice. I didn’t love the barn-door style bathroom door or the door less shower, but that is just personal preference. It was all very clean. Loved the bar and the bartender, Mitch, was great. Really nice college town and campus. Nice convention center. Overall a great stay."

"This was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, as was our suite. We ate once at Speakeasy and had a very good dinner there. I would definitely look forward to returning to this hotel."

"We have been here twice and it is a great National Park facility. Rooms were clean. This is a bit rustic. TV cable had only 9 channels and no phones in rooms. Views were limited as trees blocked views from rooms. Food was OK but menu was very limited and it seemed that a few more staff may have improved speed of service. We still recommend this location but you need to be prepared for this location. Big Meadows is also another location a bit further along the drive. Slightly different food menu but power was out when we stopped by. Seems like a nice facility too."
